Dealing with Apple was a disaster to replace battery in my laptop MacBook Pro and a screen replacement for another MacBook Pro....Rich was very Honest and Extremely reasonable....he was able to do same day repair for both.....EXCEPTIONAL service...absolutely will go back here for any other needs!!!

My husband and I decided to bring the kids ipads up to get the screens fixed at Tech Boys. When you drop off anything like a phone, laptop, or ipad to someone you feel like you’re giving that person part of your life. Rich set our minds at ease. He not only fixed the screens, he also went above and beyond to help us with a few other things that we needed. Everything was done quickly, and communicated clearly. We definitely feel safe and confident in leaving any and all devices in their hands in the future if needed.

Great work, Fair prices.
The first thing that impressed me was how nice and neat the shop was. Most of the other places I got prices from were a mess, on top of that they were quoting me ridiculous prices, some of them super high, others super low to where it made no sense and made me question if they even knew what they were doing.
Rich was great, he gave me pricing up front and there were no surprises when I went to pick up my stuff. He fixed 2 laptops for me. One of them was my work laptop, he did the work urgently and kept me updated throughout the process. 100% will come back next time I need help with any electronics and 100% recommending it to my friends and family.

Have uncommon phone with uncommon battery. Couldn’t find one anywhere ….tech boys came through! A day and half later I had the battery I needed. Next time I need anything tech, I’m going straight tech boys in patchogue, nobody else!
