I was at the doctor's office in the same complex. She wanted me to get bloodwork right away so she could have the results the following morning. She sent me to Sunrise Labs in East Patchogue and we checked to make sure they were open. They are open til 230pm both on door sign and on their website. At 2:25pm I get to the door and an unpleasant gal says we are closed. I said the doc that always refers you sent me and you are supposed to close at 230pm. I also told her the doc needed it done asap. She said well we broke everything down already and locked the door in my face. Very rude

Best ever. Deb rocks it. No one can get my very thin veins. Deb gets it everytime. If she ever leaves I don't know what I would do.

The old lady at this location is an awful human being and should be fired. Extremely rude to every. one. The service from the workers can be a lot better here. Time for a change, seriously. Get rid of her…

the old lady with the other man who was attending today 8/6/2022 they have terrible attention very rude they made me a lot of trouble for a code of a blood test that they did not put in my son's pediatrician and the lady even call them stupid , I called the pediatrician and they sent the fax marking the code and even so she told me that she does not translate letters into numbers very rude and I told her that they were trying to call her to see what they really wanted and they did not answer the phone and I told her why she doesn't answer and she told me that she is busy, I went to the pediatrician and took what she asked for, they did it, I returned to the place and I told the guy to check the code if it was okay and he told me that he was doing other things very bad so I left after wasting more than 2 hours waiting

I have gone to this location for blood work in the past and I liked going there because it was never busy. However I’m starting to realize why it’s always so dead. The women in there are rude and not helpful. I’m almost halfway through my pregnancy and had to go for some tests and my pregnancy brain forgot to bring a mask. As soon as I walked in the woman told me you need a mask go get one. I asked if they had one I could use just so I could get my blood drawn since I was trying to get all my appointments done on my one day off and didn’t have much time. Basically I was told no the older woman refused to give me a mask told me to leave. I am in the medical field myself and I understand the importance of the mask however I was not treated with good customer service. I will not be returning to this location. Also Sunrise labs you should probably check out these reviews. Seems that older lady is rude to everyone.

This is my favorite place for blood work. Extremely professional and courteous. Every time I have gone there I am in and out so fast. They are so good at extracting blood from my vein, I don't even have a mark where they inserted the needle. Other places should be this professional. Sorry no photos. Lol

I had just gotten out of an appointment, from the building next door. I was reviewing my information and I didn’t realize they closed at 2:30 pm, the older lady walked out and said “you really think we’re open?!” And walked away. First off RUDE, 2nd I won’t be going here. First impressions are 1 and only, you can’t have nasty attitude people like that and expect customers to come to this location.

Miserable older lady/tech! Desk clerk disappeared. HORRIBLE SERVICE!My daughter went to this location Saturday for lab work for her cancer check up. She was told to wait in her car but was not asked for any insurance information. Then when she was called to enter over an hour later, the tech refused to take her insurance information saying that she didn't have time to write it down and that my daughter should have arrived earlier if she wants them to bill insurance. This could have been taken care of during that hour and a half that she waited to be seen! But no, she was ushered straight out to her car because nobody could be bothered-and the secretary was nowhere to be seen when she came back in. Also, the tech grabbed her arm and asked where she wanted her to stick the needle. EXTREMELY unprofessional! And absolutely ZERO compassion considering this is a young 20 year old that was there for CANCER SCREENING labs! I'm sorry if my daughter needing blood work ruined your day, but this is your job! If you don't like it and really are as heartless as you were Saturday, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I've been here 4 times in the last two months for blood work regarding pregnancy complications and each and every time I come the woman I'm greeted by is rude and inconsiderate. The first time the woman complained that I arrived at 2:15 with a lengthy script and laughed to the other woman working saying "here we go again just my luck." The most recent time prior to today they asked what I was here for and gave attitude when I said a follow up. Today I was told "goodbye" and shooed to my car after signing in. When asking how the woman was she said "I don't know. Okay.... why work in public service?? Uncomfortable and disappointing

I had to go in for my 2 hour glucose test. The staff was very nice and took my bloodwork promptly. I felt very sick from the glucose drink and they took very good care of me!

The people were very attentive and very nice. Getting blood drawn here is painless and quick. Was in and out in 5 minutes!

In this time of a health crisis that we have, the place where you go to get your blood drawn should be immaculate. This place is not clean...the entrance door especially is filthy. I guess they think all they have to do is draw blood ?!?!
