Wow! Melanie who works at the Amazon return counter is top notch. She is fast, efficient and super friendly. It is so nice to see an employee who knows her Jon, enjoys her job and gets the customers in and out.

Staples is a clean and well kept store. It's organized well and offers many products on sale. I like that I can use my rewards to add discounts as a teacher.

All have to say is ,first off the two star are for the woman who helped with my amazon package. Second star was for the person who rang me up. I understand not wanting to do your job (kid with dark Macaulay kaulkin and girl with days old washed- dirty looking blue hair) but like it’s so east to find a new job! Instead of pointing at staring at and degrading people . 7/1/24 my fault the colors of the spiral notebooks on sale were too unique to pass up but next time I wil, just for you! ?

Not customer service,. Love Ipostal 1 awesome, every time I go to get my mail they have a very hard time finding my items ugh,.. they put all the packages together in a small cabinet not organized ughh make me sick. I have a unit number but all mail goes to the same place SMH,. PLUS I WAITED FOR 20 minutes TRYING TO BUY A NEW LAPTOP COMPUTER BUT NO ONE SEEMS INTERESTED IN SELLING. TERRIBLE FOR THE STOCKHOLDERS OF THAT COMPANY RIDICULOUS!!!

This store as a whole gets three stars because there’s several people back there laughing and having fun in one person doing all the work. I stopped in to make some Amazon returns and a really nice guy named Robert, -shout out to Robert-You deserve five stars!! help me while the other coworkers giggle and joke in the back as a line built behind me. This upset me because I’m having to rush through my returns because I feel like the people behind me are waiting and the other people just don’t care enough to help. It’s sad what’s happening with a lot of these establishments being understaffed or staffed with the wrong type of employees, but Robert you deserve all five stars and a raise. Keep up the good work.
