I had a good experience with ordering and getting my reclining sofa. Ronda listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect solution for my den. I had ordered Flexsteel. My sales rep said it could take up to 6 months, they contacted me when they had the estimate date. It was worth the wait as it is made in the USA. Delivery and set up was perfect. Thank you Stanley’s for still being our local furniture store!

Stay far away from Stanleys. My mother who’s in her 80s ordered furniture from them in October was told it would be in in 8-12 weeks it’s now almost June and still no furniture. They blame the manufactures stock and warehouse issues. When contacting the manufacture directly they said the couch is in stock and the issue is a hold on Stanley’s account with them due to money owed to them from Stanley’s. My mother is being penalized cause Stanley’s can’t pay there bills. Stanley’s refuses to issue a refund even though they can’t get the couch. BBB has been contacted and working with local news station that wants to cover the story for possible financial exploitation of an elder. Stay far away!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! They are completely taking advantage of my 85 year old grandmother! They told her that her couch would be delivered in January of 2024 it is now Memorial Day weekend and still no couch! We are being told they do not give refund. Their management is absolutely horrible here. It is disgusting how they treat their customers. Keep your family members far away from this place!

Beware if you’re buying furniture from this place if you’re an elderly person. Our grandmother ordered furniture back in October 2023 and was supposed to be in by January 2024 we are currently in Memorial Day weekend and still no couch or living room set. Their only update is it’s delayed and they don’t give refunds and have no time frame for when the couch will be in. They are taking advantage of an 80 year old women and are now reaching out to the better business bureau about their business ethics at Stanley’s since the manager and owner won’t call back with updates and leave their employees to handle their mistakes.

When I needed furniture sixteen years ago, my folks recommended Stanley's in Patchogue, where they used to shop. I have shopped there ever since. The quality of their furniture easily outpaces that of the large chain stores, and the honesty and customer service of the owners and staff is unmatched.

I wish we found this place sooner. Robert was FANTASTIC!!! From the moment we walked through the door, talk about customer service, he was spot on! Not pushy, extremely helpful. Even after 1 year we've received our couch, we encountered a problem, and he didn't hesitate at all to help I will shop here again and I highly recommend to everyone!

Do yourselves a favor and NEVER order anything from Stanley's Bedding Furniture in Patchogue. You will never get your items. On 10/7/23 I ordered a dining room table and chairs and was told 8-12 weeks for delivery. Ok, great. I didn’t start contacting them about it until after the holidays and they never had any answer as to when I would receive it, why it was delayed, NO ANSWERS AT ALL. It’s now 3/28/24 and last I spoke to them was 3 weeks ago where they once again, had no answers on when my table was coming/why it was delayed. Chris the “manager” is rude, disrespectful, and couldn’t care less about their customers. At this point I ordered a new table and chairs from a more reputable company and lost my deposit with Stanleys. **Check out their Facebook reviews. I’m not the only one they screwed over! BBB here I come.

We had an excellent experience with Stanley Furniture when we purchased our dining room set. The customer service was outstanding! We worked with Chris initially, then when another rep came to the house to measure, he was a fabulous design partner. The furniture arrived as scheduled, in perfect condition, and a couple of months after when we noticed the table was not operating smoothly with the leaf, one phone call and they were here = took care of everything quickly. I'm surprised by the negative reviews - i would highly recommend this business.

I bought a living room cocktail table 3 years ago made by IFD and the top of the table is splitting apart. We have 4 other pieces from the same set and nothing is wrong with rose items. I spent $2100.00 on the set and and when I called Stanley’s for help to get the piece replaced or fixed, Chris told me that it had a one year warranty and could do nothing. I was told to call the manufacturer even though I bought the piece there. Now I know why they try to sell you a care warranty because their merchandise is inferior. I will never patronize that establishment again, it’s unfortunate that greed outweighs customer satisfaction these days. Avoid this place.

Worst experience with a store ever! We ordered couch in may 2023 we were told 6-8weeks when time was up they said they never said that (which I know for a fact they did since we had a vacation planned and we weren’t sure if we’d be around) and that it would take another 6-8 weeks. Again patiently waited when time was up that said it wasn’t ready. When we asked when it would be ready they had no answer. After several phone calls with the rudest manager Chris I finally called the credit card company and the better business bureau since it was six months and no one including the owner could give us an answer as to when the couch would be in. Vehicle Horrible customer service!!! We finally got our money back and went to Raymour and Flanigan and got a couch in 3 days!

Horrible!!! This furniture store is not consumer friendly! WE have been waiting for a delivery since APRIL, when the couch was ordered. IT is now OCTOBER and I just received a call from CHRIS the store manager that the delivery will hopefully be In DECEMBER or early JANUARY! CHRIS lacks the skills needed to represent a company as he is rude, and will not listen to your complaint as he talks over you making comments which certainly push buttons. As a result, you have an angry response, which CHRIS then uses as an excuse to stop the communication. Our couch was specifically purchased for a handicapped family member as it provided the necessary support for someone with back and leg issues. now we have to wait until JANUARY? plus, they have our 800.00 deposit which they will not return if I cancel the order! Review after review mentions similar situations. A horrible experience! this experience has shown me to avoid small mom and pop stores! Take your business to larger stores like RAYMOUR and FLANIGAN!

I bought the stuff from Stanley’s on 112 can’t switch cause I’m not happy with what I have I spent over $2000 on the furnitures I seriously regret it I wish never bought anything from there. Do not buy anything I’m not happy with the products

Not worth the frustration. They promise you the sun to get the sale. Was told delivery was to be in the morning, now in the afternoon and have to take off to wait hours for them. Stanley's promised without following through. Hopefully my purchase is better than their word. Will never buy from here again.
