I have been shopping at Sleepworks for many years now, I find the staff so knowledgable and sincere, they truly want to help me make the correct choice in every purchase I make weather it is a mattress or a sofa or an outdoor table set. They take the time to guide me until I am certain and happy. I highly recommend visiting this location as it has a tremendous display of quality mattresses.

I purchased an outdoor furniture set and they gave me a great price. Anthony and Andre were very friendly and easy to work with. They delivered the furniture the same day. I would recommend them to anyone looking for furniture or mattresses!

Terrible futon, mattress was ripped on top when delivered and i didn't notice, was the wrong material and color from what I decided on in the store, the guys who delivered it did not demonstrate opening and closing it, told me to remove matress because it would be difficult at first, well the matress weighs about a ton...it took me wedging it and about 20 min to put it back on..the whole point of a futon is to be able to go from couch to bed, I HATE IT and the cost riduclous. Can i give no stars??? By the way almost impossible to put back to couch after opening, over 1400.00 down the drain...ok they will replace mattress, ill.update this when the exchange is final ...mattress was exchanged today, no issues, guys placed it correctly, no damage on mattress..still.a bit hard to handle..but we will see, ill adjust my stars.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have been waiting for a little over a week to write this. I allowed some time so that possibly the manager or the owner would reach out, but that has not happened. Ordered a piece of furniture and was told 8- 10 weeks, no problem there. Was surprised to get a call much earlier that the item was in and scheduled delivery. Never heard from delivery company night before ( not their fault ) so I took a day off hoping furniture would come. Once store opened at 10am I was on the phone wondering if item was coming that day, I was scheduled the wrong day, item would come next day... took another day off and now the wrong item was ordered and not even on truck for delivery. Waited weeks for my original order to come in and when it did it was damaged, a 3rd day off of work. So after a 4th day of taking off to get the damaged piece fixed, not even a new item and asking for a small compensation of taking the delivery fee off I was told from the manager that bec "he" had to pay the delivery guy that day, I could not get that fee taken off. Sent an email to manager and asked for a call from owner since manage was not able to help, "The owner doesn't call customers" HUH?
I am a business owner and anytime my team or I make a mistake, I correct it!!
For anyone in Suffolk, take the ride to Massapequa.

Hello, this is Tyler. I just wanted to settle this once and for all. It took me 3 years to summon the courage of how I was going to face this situation. The comments made on that fateful day 3 years ago destroyed my confidence and sent me into a deep depression. To clarify, I never said someone was in my home, that would be creepy. Obviously, the sales rep asked me what mattress I used and when I told them they ridiculed me. So don’t try to deny the truth. Have a nice life.

Went to Sleepworks to look at mattresses with my husband as we were thinking of upgrading our queen sized bed to a king. We love the mattress we have now but unfortunately they stopped producing it so we wanted to see if we could find something similar. A salesman approached us and seemed fine walking us around for a few minutes, we found one that we liked but wanted to go home and sleep on it/look for a king sized bed frame that we like before buying the mattress.. the salesman kind of flipped a switch after we decided to do that instead of buying right then.. he asked my husband if he wanted a mattress he didn’t have to pay for? completely out of line for someone in customer service to say to a potential customer, we just looked at each other like did he really just say that? needless to say we will be taking our business somewhere else.

Manager- Jerry- terrible. Doesn’t work with his customers. Charges you for any thing you need to change and but doest’t tell you ahead of time there will be a fee. Doesn’t answer calls, terrible business. Won’t shop there again. Go else where.
