I recently had the pleasure of visiting Safelite in Patchogue for a windshield repair, and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Micheal, who checked me in with a friendly smile and efficient professionalism. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, ensuring all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with the steps ahead.
The service didn't stop there— I was able to enjoy a fresh cup of hot coffee with Hazelnut creamer. Isaiah, the technician who worked on my windshield, was equally impressive. His expertise and attention to detail were evident as he explained in detail the process of repairing my windshield. I am satisfied with Isaiah’s work and believe he did the best he could to disguise the rock print in my window.
Both Micheal and Isaiah went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, making my experience at Safelite truly remarkable. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of auto glass repair or replacement. Thank you, Micheal and Isaiah, for your excellent work!

Brought my car in today to get my windshield replaced. They got it done very quickly, and vacuumed my car for me as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Agree that anyone should stay away from this location if they value their car and the contents of their car. Horrible experience. Three calls to complain to Safelite and NOT ONE return CALL. Of course, they will comment below. Find another place for windshield replacement.

YOUR DRIVER ALMOST JUST KILLED ME. CAME OUT OF A SIDE ROAD HAD A STOP SIGN PLOWED THRU IT ONTO VETS HIGHWAY. HISPANIC MALE I HAVE DASHCAM. HAPPY TO REPORT HIM TO POLICE SINCE YOU CANT BE BOTHERED TO PICK UP THE PHONE!

Stay far away from this location if you value your car. You will regret dealing with them. The rudest person I have ever dealt with is Michael. They will destroy your car and then not cover it.
