Store was nice. Sales rep was nice only thing I felt that he had more to offer in sales that he did not an additional 15% on my order for a special deal on Wednesday.

Ramour & Flanigan is overpriced and the furniture falls apart quickly.
I know this because my family purchased numerous rooms full of furniture here before realizing that none of it holds up and they don't stand behind it, even if you purchase the extended warranty, which we unfortunately wasted our money on.
As I write this, I am sitting at my kitchen table, on a bench that has fallen apart and been fixed by me at least ten times since I bought it last year. This is not an isolated problem, all of the furniture we bought here, including two dining sets and two living room sets, as all fallen apart quickly.
Don't waste your money here.

I walked into your Patchogue location to browse for some possible furniture I may need and was greeted with a friendly smile by Navaeh Kallon. Her professionalism and warm smile put me at ease since I am not one to like shopping at all. She showed around the showroom floor and while I was still undecided, she was so patient and kind that I was sure I would purchase that day but was still unsure as to what. After sending numerous pictures to my family for advice, she still had a warm smile and was trying to pinpoint what I needed. We spent in total probably about 1 1/2 hours together looking at several pieces. After I decided what I needed and I was satisfied with what Navaeh showed me, the purchase experience was seamless and Bell the customer service rep made sure I was purchasing what I needed and most of all I was able to receive my brand new sofa on the day I selected. I’m so happy I walked in to your store that evening and met such nice and caring people.

Wonderful! Both Nevaeh and Darrue were knowledgeable and went out of their way to demonstrate the pros and cons of each recliner. They are the reason we will be returning when needed.

Diane was absolutely fantastic. So many sales people hover or make you feel uncomfortable, but Diane was a real professional and allowed me and my partner the space to shop, while being supportive and there if we had any questions without being pushy. She was so easy to connect with and talk to. Raymour and Flanigan is lucky to have Diane on their team as a brand ambassador. We felt safe shopping in the store as well.
