I went to this place to get a screw out of my tire. The older gentleman (maybe owner) came out and was extremely nice. One of his younger workers were there talking to some girls in a car and while the owner was calling him he was getting ignored. The owner had to go and get him and he came to my car finally. This kid was so unprofessional if I could give a 0 I would. He would take one lug nut off, go eat some watermelon that was under a tent and talk with the guys there and laugh and then come back all pissed he had to do my tire. For each lug nut he would go and eat some watermelon after getting each one off at a time. Finally the owner came out and he finished the job and told the kid to do something else. Something that could’ve taken 15 mins top to do ended up taking 30+ mins. I went here because the reviews looked legit and real. Obviously I was wrong. If you want service from a kid who thinks he shouldn’t have to do his job then go here. To the kid, if you hate your job that much maybe you should quit and find something more suitable for yourself because your customer service skills are horrible. I truly believe that most of these 5 star reviews are fake. I get it was a hot day but you have people putting on roofs that worked faster than him today. You had landscapers out today that were working better than him today. To the owner, thank you for taking over. You should fire that person whether or not he is your kid or not. Good luck to all that go here. This is your warning.

These guys will do anything for you to make sure your tires are in good repair. I needed to swap 4 tires from one vehicle to another. I showed up and was called in less than 5 minutes. The entire job was finished within 35 minutes... and that included balancing one set of those tires. The cost was more than fair. I have used these guys for years and will continue to do so as long as the service and work quality remain the same. We drove 23 miles to get to this place rather than use a local shop near to me. When you are here, they will definitely take good care of you... and at a great price.
