Yesterday I took my car in for an oil change. I had a small problem with the car as well. The gentleman that helped me could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was a pleasure!

This place is terrible i would not recommend my worst enemy to FORD no customer service whatsoever and they had our car sitting in the service department for months and let it sit and rot and let parts go bad and tried to make us pay for it they are very irresponsible I would never buy a car from Fix On Road Daily again.. STAY AWAYYYY FROM FORD

Second car I’ve purchased from this dealership, third from the group. F&I always trying to get the best deal for themselves - ok, pretty much sleazy dealer standard operating procedure. Charging $50 for gas for an electric vehicle? Boss level scammery. I bet they’ll say it was a “mistake”

I have bought two cars from Stevens Ford: an Escape and an Explorer. Very satisfied with the experience, the sales reps were very easy to work with and did not pressure us. Also, I started bringing the cars there for service. The service rep Chris was easy to talk to and sincerely wanted to provide good service. Good job Stevens’ Team

They have good specialists but it's very hard to get appointments. They are over booked all the time.

Had the pleasure of meeting Chris Graniello a few weeks back. Came in to look at a few trucks and was greeted by him. Very friendly guy, super attentive, showed me what I was looking for. Will be back when I've made my decision!

OK, the time has come to replace my current vehicle, a Ford with 160,000 trouble free miles. Having not been in the market for a new car for some years I traveled to many different dealers, actually not realizing how the car situation in the US has changed. It seemed there was a contest among dealers as to who can rip me off the most. Running out of dealers I decided to go East, I am so glad I did. I stopped by Stephens 112 Ford and was greeted by Jenny, a salesperson at the dealership. She was terrific, no pressure. Jenny actually seemed more concerned about my needs than anything else. She reviewed my options and we came up with a plan for replacing my current vehicle. My advice to anyone looking to get or replace a vehicle in this uncertain "jungle" like market is; Stop by Stevens 112, ask for Jenny, hopefully you will be as satisfied as I am.

BUYER BEWARE.....Horrible experience! Go ANYWHERE but here! They are liars and do not do anything they say they will! If you want to be lied to and ripped off by all means stop bye and ask for BILL. But If you work hard for your money and don't want to be taken advantage of.....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY ARE AS CROOKED AS THEY COME! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFTY! THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! AND WILL LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE! THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOURS! BEEN REPORTED TO THE BBB MORE THAN 12 TIMES...THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING! WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I DELT WITH THIS NIGHTMARE! WORST! DO NOT GO!

Came in hesitant about buying a new vehicle and possibly trading in my old car. Christopher was great, he recommended renting. I got a nice new SUV with monthly payments that are only slightly higher than what I was paying for the car. And I’m keeping the car.

Towards the end of 2020 I made an appointment to have a leak from under my 2009 Mustang glovebox repaired (bought new at112 Ford). I left the car with 112 Ford 0n Jan. 3 20021. Toward the end of Jan., I spoke with service Ray Z. about status, he said the parts (weatherstripping) were still on order. The car was ready by Feb. 5, and I was told it was checked with a water hose, leaked fixed by replacing most weatherstripping ($1580). A week ago I took the car thru car wash for the first time since Feb. 5, and the leak was still there. I called Mr. Z. and explained the problem. After being put on hold, he returned to tell me that he spoke to your head mechanic, and that the only other solution was to replace weatherstripping across front windshield/convertible top, which is a part no longer made, so I would have to replace the entire top. He said older convertibles aren't able to handle high pressure car washes. We left it at that. After this weekends rain, the link returned (no car wash), so I decided to research on the internet. Please watch following youtube video(s)... ... plus a half dozen additional videos addressing the problem. Apparently this is a common problem known to mechanics not working for 112 Ford. Unless they intentionally bill for unnecessary repairs, I suggest they play these videos to mechanics/staff before charging someone else over $1500 and waste over 1 month for a fix that would take approximately 1 hour.
