This place has no respect for handicapped people. I was told by the old man at the reception to walk faster out the door because I was letting the heat out. The actual door leading to outside wasn't even open and it was 58 degrees outside. He came to the door and tried to close it on me with a walker as Im already in the doorway trying to exit to the next door. Luckily I had someone there to help me not get injured by this angry man. Instead of trying to help he was trying to hurt me by closing the door on me and my walker as Im already almost out the facility. Very disgusting thing to do to anybody but even worse when you see someone struggling with a walker.

I’ve been going here for years now and the staff is always friendly and even remembers my name. They have so much equipment and the atmosphere is great. Love going to a local gym.

This is an expensive gym. The owners do not live in reality and never put money back into the gym. I don't know the issues of maintaining this building, but they are not even trying. The locker room is disgusting and the lockers are trashed- broken and missing doors, etc, The bathrooms and showers were installed with no air flow. With no air flow or exhaust fan, mold is growing and you can smell it. The ac is never on, they rely on the large ceiling fans and the staff is forbidden from turning anything on. The machines are never fixed, and you can see they use duct tape to hold the steel bars to the frame on the plate stacks. Light bulbs are not changed. The owners son is very rude and haughty. He appears to get offended when told of a broken machine or any issue. It looks like he cant handle any real gym issues and takes anything very personally. The gym uses an old membership system with no picture capability and that can give no receipt for any payment- not even over the email. I was told that it would be on the credit card bill. This gym was tops- in its hey day in its original location. But the owners have lost their ability to drive this gym to where it should be. There are other gyms in the area that are priced well and are well kept. I have been told that this is a old school gym comparable to a dungeon type hardcore gym, but for the high costs, I cannot make that connection. One good thing I see because of the high membership cost, they really are not crowded like other gyms.

This location is very clean, they provide spray bottles throughout and towels, not like other gyms which is the main reason for coming here.

This is the best gym in Patchogue. I always can get on a Sqaut rack, or Bench (Granted its not 6:30 on a Monday). Staff is super friendly, place is clean all the time, and sauna is a nice added touch for post workout recovery. As long as im living in Patchogue, this will be my gym.

This gym is filthy dirty and no one wipes down the machines. The ladies room is gross just old and needs to be cleaned. They could do better job at cleanliness. i went a few times to try it out and was disgusted. They do have a lot of machines but not a clean gym at all.

The lady at the front desk has no customer service skills but her attitude is one of her best qualities. This place has obviously no interest on welcoming back people, there are better options around, and of course I would never recommend this place.

Great old-school gym, the dumbbells go up to 120 and there’s always an available bench/rack to use. The “lifting” section of the gym is enormous instead of being filled with empty treadmills like most gyms (those are all kept upstairs on the second floor), and I love how there’s an entire separate room with squat racks so you can lift with little distraction.

had a membership here for a few months thinking that improvements would be made to the gym, why I didn’t really bother to look at other gyms around the area but enough was enough. there machines are always broken, the sauna is never hot enough and when I was going early mornings they would forget to turn it on, holes in the ceiling that were never fixed which was crazy because when it rained you would be walking around gym equipment with rain puddles inside, and they didn’t seem to care because it was like for weeks, cielings are falling apart, certain areas in the gym were there would be bumps on the ground you would walk & trip. Great location because it was close to my job but couldn’t stay here.

I’ve belonged to commercial gyms for along time. And I will say the best decision I made was joining this gym and never going back to a commercial gym again.Staff is always friendly.Trainers are respectful.Place is always clean.Also if you have anxiety issues or just feel like you don’t know how to do something properly with the correct form. You could ask and people will actually time take out of their day to help you. Not many egomaniacs here. So if you are up in the air about joining, hopefully you read this review and it makes you make the decision of joining one of the best gyms I’ve been apart of. #stayhard

Big open gym with every piece of equipment you can think of. About 6 flat benches, a few smith machines, three full sized cable machine set ups and a ton of cardio machines. Separate squat room with 5 racks. There’s an outdoor area with racks, sleds and weights. The gym has never been crowded any of my visits nor have I had to wait for a machine to use.Price is fair and they don’t require a commitment on membership.
