The prices are very affordable. The staff is very nice and attentive. I had to leave my dog and come back after picking up my kids from school and they allowed me to come back a little after their scheduled pick up.

A great practice! Very caring individuals who helped me feel comfortable with the entire process. I knew my dog was in good hands for her knee surgery. Post Op guidance, follow up, checkups were all great too. I always got an answer right away, and always felt comfortable and confident with the information I was given. Our girl is doing so great now, and I know it’s thanks to choosing this vet for help.

Where to begin.. I can not speak more highly of the surgeon and the staff at the Patchogue location. I took my 2 yr old cane corso ,Sicura, was in need of tplo surgery to them and from the moment we walked through the door we were treated with kindness and had no fear of Sicura, which in turn made her comfortable and relaxed. That has never happened before. Then they explained everything in detail to me so I could understand exactly what would be done during the surgery. We scheduled a date to have the surgery. When bringing her in for surgery they were patient with me ( mom fears) and let me help put her in the cage. Once the surgery was done they called me to pick her up. They gave me the instructions for after care and also their personal cell phone number in case I need to speak to them! who does that! The follow-up visits went just the same, we walked in they greeted us with a smile and handled Sicura with care. I can not say I have ever experienced such a smooth caring relationship with any vet and staff. I only wish they were a full time vet here in Patchogue. Sicura never had any issues with her wound and the scar healed up beautifully. They are an amazing team and recommend them highly!

I took my cat there who needed a dental appointment. The staff was very kind and I did not have to wait too long for an appointment. Kitty recuperated from surgery with no issues and back to her old self!

Worst experience with a Vet. Not only once but twice I ended up after leaving them bringing my dog to Pet Emergency Hospital. Would not recommend at all. Avoid at all cost.

This place is inconsiderate of your pets’ lives. Inaccurate information online about their operating hours (unless they changed it after I just called them about it). Otherwise they leave when they’re “done with their last patient”, in other words, whenever they want. Unreliable.

***Neuter Experience*** In adopting my dog through a pet adoption organization, they were able to connect me with Long Island Animal Surgery for a reduced rate in getting my dog neutered. He healed very well and the medical post care steps were very helpful. The only thing that was of concern was that his leash was not returned, and he did come back where his face was a little drenched.

Brought my puppy to be spayed on a recommendation because our regular Vet. has not been doing surgery since before COVID due to lack of staff. Great experience. Compassionate care at affordable prices. Thank you Anna, Dr. and staff. Daisy is doing great!
