This top tier German butcher shop offers authentic and delicious selections. In my opinion, they craft the finest Frankfurters in the world—clean and crunchy with no mystery meat or chemicals that can burden the digestive system.
The only hotdog I’ll eat :)
Additionally, they have a wide range of delectable options—a real paradise for BBQ enthusiasts! Steve, the owner, consistently provides exceptional service, exceeding expectations. I cannot thank him enough. If only they would consider opening a location in Brooklyn.

A friend told me you sold kielbasa. I was skeptical because I’ve bought it in many place( some very expensive) most recently for Easter. I was so unhappy.
Steve took such good care of me, prompt and courteous.
Well on the way home to Selden I cut off a piece, I was in Heaven !!! Not since I was a kid who went to our favorite butcher in Yonkers have I tasted such great kielbasa! I have to admit I did cut off 2 more pieces to eat on the way home. I definitely will be back!?

Dinner portions are VERY SMALL AND EXPENSIVE, ACTUALLY SO IS EVERYTHING HERE..That being said, the food and service is excellent, just be prepared to spend more than you thought.

Wonderful quality meat & deli products. I remember going to the location that used to be in Ridgewood with my grandfather when I was a child. I'm no longer a child but still go to Karl Ehmer because I know I'm getting quality products.
