My Matag washer has been serviced by 4 different companies in the past 1 1/2 years. The last company was Fleet Appliance Corp. The person that was assigned to fix our washer was Pedrito. Joe was convinced our problem was not the machine but that the exhaust venting system needed to be cleaned. We cleaned and changed a section of flex 4" X 8'. We did a load of wash and they were dry. So far so good. Thanks Joe.

In brief they are overpriced to the point of greedy as well as inefficient. Their staff at every touch point was unqualified. Huge waste of time and money.
