I have been coming here for years for this year my Valentine’s Day flowers did not last even a week. 4 days to be exact. My husband bought me a bouquet of red roses and within a day the pedals started to fall off. I immediately put them in water as soon as he came home and took care of them but within 4 days they had shriveled up. Very disappointed.

I called from out of town and asked for something really special for my sister at Christmas. She had just gotten home from the hospital so I wanted her favorite color- yellow. Dale 's did a fabulous job ,making an elegant and lush bouquet that made my sister so happy. I trust them completely.

I have to say that I'm embarrassed for just now leaving a review! I live in Las Vegas but my sister lives on Long Island. Whenever I need to send little buds of sunshine her way, I use Dale's. They are always so wonderful on the phone. There has never been any delivery issues, the value is superb, and their arrangements are SO beautiful! I really hope I get to meet them in person someday. :) I can't say enough good things about this place; except do yourself a favor and call them direct and place your next flower or plant order because you will not be disappointed. And as always, please remember to tip the driver. :)

On 10/7/23, I was placing an order with Dale's online. I telephoned them because I had a question regarding the delivery. I spoke with a woman that said she could take the order. I was patient and held while she helped other people, and then, at one point, she said she would call me back. I was ordering from out of state and had questions, but this woman kept huffing and puffing, and sighing to the point of irritation. I assumed she was having a bad day, as she acted as though she was doing me a favor, instead of appreciating my business, and I almost canceled my order before completing it. I ordered sympathy flowers in the PREMIUM size. The flowers had a cross in the center, had a MINIMUM of 11 white roses visible from the front, lots of little flowers, and mostly lavender sprigs of flowers with just a touch of pink. What I got was the STANDARD size with only 3 roses, all pink flower sprigs, no lavender at all, lots of leaves, and almost no other flowers! Note the green tissue paper. IT LOOKED LIKE AN EASTER ARRANGEMENT, AND I WAS SO EMBARRASSED! I also ordered a fruit basket. They put it in what looked like an Easter basket with bright red grass!!!! (Looks hot pink in pic, but I was told it was red). I could not see everything in the basket, but it cost me $108.62, and they received tiny bunches of OLD grapes. The stems were brown. The grapes were dimpling! Compare photos. They added a can of OFF BRAND nuts, and a tin of cookies from WalMart! I WAS MORTIFIED! Basket cost me $97.75. They also charged TWO shipping charges of $15 each, even though they went to the same house. I chose Dale's because of their ratings, but their work is sub par. SUGGESTION: DON'T TRUST THEIR RATINGS! BUYER BEWARE!

They are awesomeHad floral arrangements made for my Dad’s funeral.. they were beautiful, fresh and full they didn’t skimp on anything.. they also sent a beautiful bud vase with roses to our family with condolences .. I would highly recommend them!!

Anyone looking for a local florist should use Dales Flowers from the Heart Floral Shop. My experience with them was nothing short of amazing. Used them for my sisters bridal shower and couldn’t have been happier. The women in there are kind and give off the family feeling. They are reasonably priced and really have a passion for their work. They went above and beyond to make me happy and really cared to please me. It wasn’t about the money for them, it was about hearing me and pleasing me and the joy they had to see me happy proved that. I will never use any other florist and you shouldn’t either! It’s refreshing to deal with a business that puts their product over their profit these days. Kudos ladies!

Dale's does a beautiful job on all bouquets, big or small. Flowers are always fresh and staff is helpful and accommodating. Whether you place an order in advance or run in for a quick last minute gift, the quality of their work is the same- excellent!

This place of business didn’t even have the decency to return my phone call!! My son purchased 2 bouquets on Mother’s Day which were practically dead when he brought them home and they had the nerve to charge him $110! When I called them, I had to leave a message Which I did in detail. I never heard back! I would never do business or recommend to do business with this unprofessional florist!

Ordered flowers through the website for mother's day as my Mother lives nearby in Holbrook. You can never be sure on the quality, as I've been burned by tdf and 1-800. The flowers were gorgeous!! Thank you so much for the speedy service and excellent product!

Ordered the "pure heart" standing wreath on Monday to be delivered to the funeral home on Thursday. Dales made the process effortless with competitive pricing compared to those nearby. The flowers came exactly as pictured and looked beautiful. They even customized the ribbon to our liking. Thank you Dales for making a heart wrenching time a little bit less difficult with a seamless delivery and arrangement.
