“Love this station because all four pumps have E85 nozzles, as compared to the Valero on hospital road where only 2 of 8 pumps have E85 nozzles. I believe both stations are owned by the same person(s) so prices for E85 are usually the same. This place always staffs very pleasant employees!”
“My house is close to this store and it's actually pretty competitively priced compared to other stores like family dollar I love the fact I can get bread cheese toothpaste and only have to walk a few feet from my home in the winter this store will come in handy the employees are nice they give you a receipt and stuff is priced exactly the way it should be an 8 ounce tube of Colgate $3.22 a safety vest XX $5 can't go wrong here see you tomorrow.”

“I was going to give it 3 stars, but then I read the other two reviews and thought this gas station folks need some boost. I had somewhat similar issue with credit card transaction at the pump and then I called the station. They explained, that the cards companies put a 24hr hold on the card till the transaction goes through and 24hr later it was all good.”
“Country deli with Franky made us the best 2 sandwich and wrap my wife had. They had almost everything you need. I felt so comfortable and felt like I was a kid in the 80's back then. It was a real NY DELI. Not no PUBLIX DELI SOMEWHERE ELSE. This is the REAL DEAL. Come here wr ur kids or whoever and get anything u want. I even got an empanada. Thank you so much franky! “A delightful hispanic minimart with a busy canteen style hot food offering what I think a Puerto ?? style cuisine. To go a large combo of arroz gandules,i think, chunk of pernil with cuero or crispy pork skin, pink beans and fried plantains. Amazingly delicious and more than enough for 3 persons plus some leftovers. All for less than $ 18. Counter staff were quick and friendly. Busy bfast crowd but got served w/o wait.”
“We were always customers at the Holbrook CVS and hated it. The Holbrook location was always too busy and backed up, the pharmacy department was down right nasty, and we just had enough. We met the pharmacist at this CVS in patchogue during Covid when we got vaccinated. We started getting all our vaccines here. We noticed right away that he was always pleasant and seemed to go the extra mile for his customers. He reminds me of the old fashioned pharmacists that always watch out for their customers, knows everyone by name and is always happy to help and give good advice. He made us feel watched out for. We were happy to switch all our prescriptions to this location and it's been a pleasure since. Unfortunately, in the new year our insurance started forcing us to go somewhere else (not covering CVS at all anymore), and I was so upset by it. I'm hoping that will change and we can come back here!”

“I love the pharmacy staff at CVS patchogue west main! They are always trying so hard to fulfill the medications I need! Always so kind, and although extremely short staffed cause the phone is always ringing, while I ask a question they take the time to answer any concerns I have! Maybe they should get another staff person for just phone calls, it seems to me that trying to save payroll has hindered the service and support they are able to offer. The staff is great! Please support them by hiring more staff!My only gripe is the CVS grounds are gross!!! The dumpster area is overflowing with trash yet the dumpster is empty. Weeds all over the building and trash all through the landscape. Seems CVS and the entire NY area doesn’t care about litter anymore.”

“Wow! A hidden gem! GREAT food & prices! Stopped before a day on the boat .was in need of last minute food and wanted to avoid main street. So happy I went here. They were quick and had everything I needed. I got a BLT on a roll w cheddar, bacon well done and it was phenomenal I finished it so quick! Will definitely be returning !”
