Everything is great about this company and Tom. He's honest and definitely does treat you like family. My Nissan's transmission was on its way out after 127k miles on the ODOmeter. Instead of pushing me to get it fixed by him he suggestion I should get a new car. If I were to have one of my family members or friends something wrong with their transmission, Tom would be the first guy I think of to tell them to go to because I know he'd take care of them.

If you want honesty and expertise, this is the place. This shop has both an ASE and ATSG certified technician.Tom, is an absolute pleasure to work with. His 39 years of experience made me feel so confident and at ease. Our insurance wasn’t covering half of what needed to be done but he worked with us and my Jeep Cherokee is driving again with no imperfections!He replaced the torque converter housing, pressure transducer, pump, flat and spin on filters with all OEM parts, and even used Mopar transmission fluid, not those aftermarket dextron IIIs with no proof of legitimacy.Thank you so much Tom. We appreciate you so much. You have our business for a lifetime.

Tom was recommended to us by another shop that we totally trust in Ronkonkoma. The first time we went to him, he worked on my daughter's 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He corrected the issue and stood by his warranty when we had to bring it back for a tweak. So naturally, when services were needed on another car, we brought it right to him!
