It's horrible now. We loved Burlington when it was at the Patchogue Village location, and they even had the store redone beautifully before they closed that location. Now it's worse then Marshall's (and Marshalls is pretty bad). We went to the Patchogue and Farmingville locations and it was terrible. It was a huge mess. The selection of items was terrible, they no longer have a coat, suit or fancy dress section. They fell off big time. Everything was jammed into long racks with hardly space to move. Nothing was organized. It looked like a bomb went off. And we went to these locations the same day. Instead of having a department store feel to it, like they used to have, it was like going to a poorly and haphazardly set up garage sale. I will never go there again. I don't know what happened to Burlington Coat Factory, but it really was terrible. It's like, whoever is in charge of store design, just gave up and said "I don't care, make it look like a clothing store threw up", and that's what they did. They need to get it together. They were great....I wonder if they did the same thing to the Stony Brook location. That location was amazing. Now I don't even want to take the ride there to find out.

Burlington is bringing down the neighborhood. I wanted to see what this store was like. I walked into the store and found 20% of the clothing was on the floor. Small kids were racing around the store while parents tried on clothing. People were walking around with barking dogs. It was like a zoo. Totally disgusting. I do have one thing to say that is positive, the few employees working there were really nice.

Very bare in the store. Not many options for dressy clothes. Good clearance section. Big changing rooms. Good toy selection and baby clothes .

The guy at the front who greets the customers is nice. Most of the cashiers are good but one of them is a little passive aggressive. The place needs to do better with hiring more people because the line is hella long and there’s literally 1 or 2 cashiers. Like cmon what a joke. Pretty well organized but smells terrible. But main issue is long wait time in line cuz the place got like 1 or 2 people working with 50 billion customers.
