On 2 separate visits I had to exchange products at the Patchogue store and was assisted by Sabrina. She was amazing both times and I’ll keep going back just for her!! Thank you a million times!!

This is a review for the salon the people working there seem preoccupied with personal conversations even stopping mid blow dry on a client to chat with others blow dry style wasn't bad wasn't good just basic won't be back

This is my favorite makeup ? store. I love their reward program, and their special beauty days when we can get our favorite products at half of the price. Of course, I want to mention that I can't live without those purses full of testers and mini-sizes that we get for free when we spend a certain required amount on beauties.

**EDIT:** Came back today to exchange an item and spoke to Andy. They were so, so nice and hilarious to talk to. We spoke to him about the issue we had yesterday and they said they would have a talk with their employee. The rest if the employees that were there were super lovely.
I hate to leave negative reviews but man I feel the need to say something after just leaving this location. Went to Ulta with a friend of mine because she wanted to buy some products for her hair and skin care routine. We went to check-out and when the items were being rung up she had made just a remark to me on how expensive the products had gotten. She wasn't causing a scene, or making a ruckus, or complaining to the cashier. Well, I guess your cashiers forget we literally have eyeballs because she rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth and exchanged a dirty look with the cashier right besides her. As someone who used to work for customer service I understand hearing the same thing gets irritating sometime's, but good Lord, at least wait until we're gone.
I would expect this behaviour from a teenager but pretty sure she was an adult. We didn't get the chance to look at her name tag but she appeared to be of Indian descent. We were there around 12:15 P.M.

No body picks up there phones unreal called almost few times within 45 minutes mins I left a debit card there of course no one is picking up horrible service. That store is not that busy people are floating around like ghost

I went to the salon to get my hair done. I wanted highlights and a cut. I was super nervous because the last time I got my hair done it wasn't very noticeable and not what I wanted. I'm very very pleased with my highlights and cut!!! Thank you sooo much Hailey! I'm in love ❤️

Ridiculous! 10 people standing at the front lanes talking about their sales goals instead of helping the line of 4 people waiting to check out! They care more about asking for donations than taking payment! Pathetic work force!

I left a review here a couple of years ago on my other account but I didn't write a description and felt it was time to rectify that. Kasey has been doing my brows for years now and I don't trust anyone else. I moved to NYC recently and I still wait until I'm visiting my parents to get my brows done. The lamination service changed the way my face looked in the best way. I think the benefit brand wax is a super secret formula or something because I never have any irritation or redness after getting my brows done when I always did at other places. 10/10 experience every single time.

I saw Veronica today for a haircut before heading back to Tennessee. The experience was outstanding and the haircut was equally as pleasing. She did a great job. I had previously seen Dawn who was a great stylist as well. I would definitely recommend both these stylists. I hope I’m as lucky to find a stylist as good as Veronica and Dawn in Tennessee.
