Horrible. Took a $50 deposit weeks in advance for prom hair. My daughter was in tears when they finished. A thousand Bobby pins and nothing like the photo we showed. If you can't do the style we are asking for just say that so we can choose another one. They were going to redo it but still not grasping what we wanted done and had an attitude about it also. Don't waste your money and your kids memories here.
