For Christmas we got my daughter an autostart for her car. I am always leery of sending my daughter someplace without me accompanying her because let's be honest she's a 17 year old. I'm always afraid places will take advantage of her.This was not the case at avenue sound. From the moment we walked in till the transaction was completed she was treated with nothing but respect. They explained step-by-step what they were going to do to her baby and went above and beyond with the install.Brian (I think was his name) did an amazing job. It looks like the car wasn't touched but now Auto starts from the same remote. My daughter did not want to carry a second remote and they made that possible.If you decide to have an auto start put into a late model I would definitely come here and give them a shot. They are so trustworthy and made her smile. They also have a really cute doggo I. The shop... So please say hello to Mr chocolate from us!

My auto start was faulting on my Subaru. Avenue Sound was able to take care of me same day service. Super friendly and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone i can.

My experience with Sound Avenue was excellent. The sales assistant is knowledgeable and professional. My issue was resolved quickly after talking to the technician. I drove away completely satisfied. Thumbs up to Sound Avenue.

I bought a full radio system back in 2015 for my Jeep wrangler 4 door. 8 years later I came down with the receipt and had a minor issue with a beeping sound. Turned out to be something from my steering wheel controls. I left with my radio fixed in less than an hour and the fee was so minimal that I was completely happy. Thanks to staff for handling the way you did. I will be coming back for my dash cam install and radio upgrade in my new ford explorer.Thanks again, Mike

My car was brought in to avenue sound for a bass woofer and speaker upgrade the shop owner convinced me that I also needed a stereo upgrade when I left the shop I was told everything worked great I tried to listen to the radio and found it was all static they damaged my anttena wiring harness I brought the car back 3 times and it's been damaged more each time they suck for service *

Would not recommend. The staff was lovely specifically Carlos, he was very helpful and informative. However there is another member Huma (i apologize if I am spelling her name incorrectly) that made me no longer want to upgrade my car system or buy any product from them. She may be the manager in charge of explaining price however she only focused on selling higher end products or anything to get me to buy. We then spoke again via phone the next day, as I was asking if they carried a certain speaker. She then began to rant about price and fit if I were to use them for install and she knows best. When i tried to explain i am only looking to see if you have a speaker in stock, she spoke over me and insisted I listen to her story instead of listening to what it is i was asking. I have no doubt she is knowledgeable. However, her ego prevented her from answering a simple yes or no question.Again, the rest of the staff was very helpful and I am sure they would do a great job. However, Huma's attitude and lack of customer care made me go elsewhere and I am very happy I did!

Took my 2001 Camaro SS here (MY BABY). Car is completely mint with VERY low mileage & I was hesitant to take it ANYWHERE! Got a double din touch screen installed & a new SUBWOOFER. They did an amazing job, neat, clean & was fun interacting with them. Great bunch of people! Thanks AVE Sound! Thanks Billy for a clean job!
