Since moving to Long Island in 1995, nobody but Art and his staff has touched any vehicle ever owned or leased by a member of my family. There has never been a reason to look anywhere else!! The quality of the service, the fairness of the price, the honesty, the willingness to accommodate the customer by all members of the staff and the always present positive attitude have made me a customer for life. Anybody looking for a shop to service/fix their vehicle(s) would do themselves a huge favor by going to Arthur's Auto Repair; I can promise they will not be disappointed!! Let the stars tell the story. Been going to them for over 12 years and even though i moved from the area, I still go to Artie's shop. They take care of all of my cars and I never question their recommendations. The family fully trusts them. Always a pleasant experience.

Have known Artie for over 25 years, and there's no one I've trusted more with all of the cars I've owned. He and Chris, along with everyone else there, do a thorough and wonderful job, clearly communicating with us as to what needs to be done. My family & I have moved several times over the past 25 years ... but no matter where we have lived, we bring our vehicles to Artie.

My car was inspected recently at Arthur's Repair Shop. The experience was very good. I waited for my car and noticed how well the customers were treated. At one point two mechanics came out and were talking about a car they were working on. One suggested to the other that they take the car out for another test drive since they had not heard the noise the customer spoke about. They were going to try a different route that perhaps would not be so noisy. I felt that was above and beyond and showed how much they cared about doing a good job.

Arthur's Auto Repair is a breath of fresh air. I had him diagnose a noise in my truck that the dealership was unable or unwilling to find. I had said I felt it was a seized caliper and the dealer said no, no problem with your truck, just "get used to it". I gave up on them and came to Artie and his team and am delighted with the work they do. They spend the time to listen to you...including driving my truck the ten miles needed to hear the squeal. He did a beautiful front brake job, replaced a leaky transfer case switch and installed a new radiator. I am very pleased to have them under a mile from my house, and they have a new customer. "Artie's" is expanding and moving into the building just north of Citgo 112.
