“Riteway is an amazing shop. They are up front with everything and they do an all over inspection on your vehicle and send you the report with photographs and detailed descriptions. They were really a life saver this past week where my wife’s car had a coolant leak and it was her only form of transportation for the weekend. They were able to overnight the needed metal pipe that had rusted away from Honda and they got the job done in the morning on a day they were supposed to be off. They went above and beyond and we really are grateful for it. Truly an amazing shop, great work, great customer service and attention to detail. I will always recommend Riteway.”

“My family and I have used Nolan’s Auto Collision for thirty years. So when my car was hit in a parking lot on two different occasions, there was no question which body shop I was going to use. I was paying cash and needed the job to be done well, since my car had to pass inspection with Acura when my lease ended. However, when I brought my car there, I discovered it was under new ownership. I am so happy to say my experience was just as good as it had been in the past.
Joe helped me throughout the entire process. To say he was helpful, is an understatement. Joe gave me two options regarding the work on my car. Of course I wanted the cheaper option but was unsure. I followed up with a phone call and Joe explained again what the difference was between the two options. Joe was never rude or gave me the impression I was wasting his time. His patience during my indecisiveness was remarkable and so appreciated.
I ended up going with the cheaper option and was so nervous to see my car when I picked it up. To my surprise, my car looked awesome!! I was so happy with my decision and with the service I received at Nolan’s Auto Collision. I highly recommend this body shop.”

“These guys will do anything for you to make sure your tires are in good repair. I needed to swap 4 tires from one vehicle to another. I showed up and was called in less than 5 minutes. The entire job was finished within 35 minutes... and that included balancing one set of those tires. The cost was more than fair. I have used these guys for years and will continue to do so as long as the service and work quality remain the same. We drove 23 miles to get to this place rather than use a local shop near to me. When you are here, they will definitely take good care of you... and at a great price.”

“I needed brakes and I needed them bad. I haven't been to a mechanic in a minute because my husband use to do most of the maintenance on our cars. Due to various reasons he is unable to do this now.This is one of the things about adulting I hate--dealing with car stuff. So when I called Arthur's Auto and got Chris on the phone for I was immediately thrown for a loop because for the first time I didn't hate the fact that I had to deal with this situation. Not only was he accommodating, even with me being a first time customer, but he didn't make me feel car stupid or anything. Not only were my brakes completely done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price, Chris kept me informed the entire day and also gave me some things to be aware of. I really appreciated his transparency. All in all my mom mobile, Jenny, is doing great and stopping on a dime.”

“Great vehicle maintenance and repair shops are hard to come by and most are concerned with getting raked over the coals with recommendations for unnecessary parts and services. Since owning my truck, which I bought back in 2019, I’ve only taken my Ram for service to Browns. They’re honest, affordable, and pleasant to work with every time. In fact, when I shopped around to have a tow brake module and control installed in my truck, I called three different Ram dealerships. Another dealership located in the greater Smithtown area wanted double what Browns quoted me for the same install. It’s literally the same OEM parts, same labor hours…and all Ram dealerships. There’s no reason there should’ve been any price difference. Highly recommend this dealership .”
