If you are looking for a rug at a particular size, they are the place to go. You pick the carpet you like and the size you want. They cut and bind it. I just had a 22" X 13' runner done. Try to find that on Amazon.

We are happy with out remnant, even though the owner seemed confused at first which one was ours. The problem we have is that we also requested a measure and estimate for wall to wall in our home. We were told that someone would call the next day. Never happened. We called and asked when the call was coming. It never happened. We also went to pick up our remnant and were told that "That guy over there" will be setting up your estimate. That never happened. Very disappointed in a local merchant.

This is the greatest place I've found over the past 20 years to buy carpet. Upon entering the store I was greeted and offered to be helped. The sales man was happy to show me several remnants that fit the description of what I wanted. Purchased a "high end" carpet for a very reasonable price...and believe me I've done my research! The installer was fast and very efficient. Couldn't have asked for better service.
