We worked with Lillianna at the Rochester location last week trying to get a tail gate. She was not only very pleasant but got us a very nice tail gate with the cables in color and we got it the day she promised. Very happy to do business with her.

Absolutely horrible customer service, rude, aggressive and unprofessional; The shop I used and I have been attempting to contact the representative that sold not one, but two malfunctioning transmissions including the warranty for my vehicle that as a first responder I rely on, since May with not a single response. To say I am disgusted and will be filing legal actions if I do not receive a response would be an understatement to say the least. It's an absolute shame but this business needs to get it together both in customer service as well as the parts they are selling to individuals if I would be able to I would give them less than one star as most others that have felt the need to leave a review.

Excellent customer service. Order some headlights, and they charged me originally for $110, for the whole assemly.. but later saw that it had a chip.. and only $50. Honest people. Did not have a problem with it. I called yesterday, picked it up today.

Pretty horrible company. Made me wait 8 months to have motor cores picked up. Sent me garbage parts and waited months to pick them up after dozens of calls. Tried to delete my account because I was upset they did business so horribly. Terrible culture here. My rep was a crook and my driver told me he was. Stay away from this company. LKQ has been wayyyyyyyy better to me. Feonix is a crooked company from the top down

I called for a seat for my truck they said they had one I went the next day to get it and they pulled the wrong seat I then talked to another salesman he found the correct seat said he'd meet me on his own time with the seat there no communication from him I called twice no response I had to drive a hour again to get the seat customer service is horrible

Pricing used parts at the cost of new parts, paying 1500 for a headlight with fire damage. Took over 4 months to even begin to try and get 250$ back off just the headlight. Will not use their service again. Waiting 2 hours on the phone for them to pick up sometimes while being caller #1.

i’m kind of mad that i had to even give this place one star to write a review, there was no option for 0 stars. if i could however give 0 stars to any business or corporation ever, it would be this foul place. to start they sent me the wrong axle for my jeep after making me wait a week for it, we finally order another and then it gets here and is still the wrong axle, so as furious as i was i simply asked for my money back...AND THEY COULDNT EVEN DO THAT on multiple occasions they have told me to come back because the check is not there, DO NOT COME HERE

Do not do business with these people. They are thieves. They tell you on the phone parts are in good shape and when you get there they are damaged.
