DO NOT GO HERE!!! They have poor customer service and charge Verizon Customers $35 when you have an issue with your phone in order to service you. PLENTY of Better carriers available in the area.

Stopped by this particular store to ask a simple question on 9/8/22. Girl working this day plainly said, I’m very busy and I can’t help you right now unless it’s something quick. Really? She had “1” customer in the store. It’s customer service and retail. You are paid to multi-task in this line of business. If you can’t handle it, Let’s get someone that is competent enough who can and not be so rude.

I went to the Verizon Store in Palatine Bridge, NY to have liquid glass put on my new phone. Benjamin not only professionally installed the glass protector, he went above and beyond to help me with some of the new features that the Galaxy S22+ has that I was unfamiliar with. He was patient and kind. Verizon is lucky to have an employee like him!!!

This past Saturday I went to the Palatine store . The Saleas associate, I believe her name is Chrystina was very helpful. It did take a while, but it wasn't her fault it was due to my old phone not working properly. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt badly for her because my process took time and other customers had come in. She shouldn't have to be there alone on a Saturday. Overall I'm very pleased.
