Had a bad parvo shot,had my receipt just wanted to exchange,told me cause I opened the package,really I wouldn't of known it was bad unless I did,could not even come out and speak to me had the cashier,I will never go there again

I purchased a bag of milk replacer recently, got home and it was a year outdated. I’ve noticed a lot of items not in stock or outdated, dog food and feed not rotated or covered in feed mites, taking my business to another local feed store. Lack of staff available or willing to help with other items. This store has gone down hill in the last year.

I’ve never reviewed on here but I thought I would let corporate know about my experience and lack of the customer service. I shopped there a couple weeks ago on a Friday morning approx 10am before I had to go to work( didn’t have much time to wait in line.) There was a long line at the register, the cashier kept calling for help to open the other register and there was no one available. She called multiple times before someone came out of the stock room. She was great and was trying to deal with multiple customers. The young man that eventually came up to help acted like he was annoyed being called up there and really didn’t want to be bothered. Huge lack of customer service. Kudos to the young lady at the register. Please address this issue. Your staff should not be left alone with no help.

I witnessed a manager verbally abuse and humiliated a cashier. She is unpleasant and sets a negative vibe in the store. I believe the man working the cashier was doing his job and he was very kind. I think someone should turn her in.

The older woman that works there(manager I believe) is very unprofessional and extremely rude to customers and doesn’t treat the employees any better. My wife and I have witnessed her and another team member screaming at an employee in front customers. Embarrassing for the employee and not tasteful to the customers.

The woman that answered the phone named Nancy was absolutely horrible and very rude to my son. No customer service at all. I then called a little while later for something different and she was rude to me as well!! Get someone else to answer the damn phone!! I will never shop here again!!

I was sitting in the parking lot adjacent to Tractor Supply and saw an Amish family with a horse and buggy come in to the lot. TSC has a shed set up for them to "park" while they are inside the store. Very cool TSC !!

I only had one item, went to number 2 register saw the sign closed and went to the number 1 lane. Another with several items went to number 2 lane and the girl opened it up for them. I don't know if they we're friends or what but poor service. Also the person at my register was more then friendly to the person in front of me, but was terrible to me.
