“I would like to thank an associate Frank for his help in purchasing a loveseat at the Palatine location where he works. I made an online purchase for a recliner and a loveseat, but it was showing in the system that the recliner is only at the Palatine location, and the loveseat only at the Big Lots location in Troy, which is an hour and a half away from my house. When I went to pick up the recliner at the Palatine location, I asked Frank about the loveseat and come to find out he had bought available in stock, even though it wasn’t showing online. I was able cancel the order at the Troy location and purchase it right then and there at the Palatine store and went home with both, recliner and loveseat from one location. It saved me a long trip to Troy, which like I mentioned earlier, would take me couple of hours of driving back and forth. Frank advised me to always call the store to ask about availability, before purchasing online, because the items might not be updated in the system. Thanks Frank for being so helpful and patient!”
