There window clearly states that walk-ins are welcomed. Well apparently not today Satan as I was told with 2 girls sitting in the back and one on the floor that they have nothing available today and she can make me an appt for tomorrow. How are you going to advertise that you can walk in to get a hair cut but then turn away business? When asked about the sign in the window she said well we do walk ins in between appointments. We'll there was no one else there waiting. If a walk in doesn't have an appointment then how are you full? What gets me is they were just sitting there. It was 12pm. No other ppl were waiting. I am a guy so my haircut wouldn't even take 10 min. Will continue to tell ppl not to go here. In this day and age where customer service is so crucial, you ma'am have earned yourself a gold star in how not to treat a customer.

Omg! Best hair cut of my life , for once . Thank you so very much KIM ,you were absolutely fantastic!!!
I walked in with long thick wavy somewhat layered hair and wanted the "shaggy wolf cut". It came out AMAZING, even better than expected. Highly recommend KIM , she is kind, respective,and gives good valuable advice.

Got a great cut lots of compliments from everyone. It is better to make an appointment but it's normally not way out I got mine for the next day. Super friendly she even laughed at my jokes.
