The dark haired woman with no name tag is incredibly rude. She threatened to withhold my package from Amazon because I do not have a mail receptacle. I normally get my mail at the post office in Coopers Plains and assumed the package would come via UPS as is typical of Amazon packages. The woman was condescending and rude for absolutely no reason. Obviously withholding packages is a power trip. The first person helping me (John) was pleasant but busy. She should not be working with the public.

Unbelievably rude and poor service. Every time I go there, I'm given a condescending attitude. Especially from the older blonde woman. Then, they will give higher postal prices than other branches.For example, I had media mail and said woman insisted it was over $13. Took it to Horseheads and the same package cost me less than $5. They always charge more, packages ship later than other branches, and they're constantly losing mail. They held onto one of my deliveries for a week, then "lost it"Go elsewhere. This branch is a scam.

Ms. Kim and Ms. Angie are the nicest people ever to work in a post office. The other one on Baker St ( Rich) lied to me and said I needed a birth certificate to renew passport. he also harassed me for my service dog papers in which we NEVER have to provide. I will drive the extra 5 miles just to have my po box here. Thank you Kim and Angie!!

I've mailed multiple letters and packages from this location. It's always been a breeze.I had to mail a phone case and instead of using their flat-rate, I got a bubble envelope from the local Dollar Tree and saved $2 in shipping.I HAVE used flat-rate before and is very useful for heavy material packages but it's not what I needed this time.The employee that checked in my package was very quick and effective. He gave me all the necessary information.

Excellent service. The staff is always patient with all my questions. They are far more polite than the post office in my town. I drive out of my way to go here because of he service. They help mail all my online orders out, as well as helping me get the lowest price on international packages.

The Post Office is OK - when opened. I ended up there at 11:05 and it is closed from 11:00 - 12:00 during the highest traffic time. (about 6 people showed up when I came in) . It is quite ridiculous, esp. that 2 people typically work there. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the service during noon hours - just shot down the entire office and move the service to Baker St office.
