We always stoping at Holiday Inn Express across North America. They are by far the best value for the money.Always clean, swimming pool/hot tub.... Exactly what needed after long drive. And the cherry on the icing. Breakfast is included. This alone worth everything. Making life so easy when you got 2 kids with you.

Three nights spent on business and an excellent experience. Plenty of parking all out front as far as I could see and definitely well lit well maintained. The hotel itself was extremely clean and the staff very friendly and attentive. I only had one request during my stay for a refill on a shampoo and conditioner dispenser which was met immediately. The rooms are bright and clean and definitely again well maintained in accordance with the rest of the facility The beds are extremely comfortable and supportive with four pillows per bed.The only negative that I have was it the bathroom towels or little bit small at least for a big fella like myself. But they were clean, fresh and changed daily. And they were molding enough to get dry and not have to worry about running out of them.Rooms: Clean and well maintained. That includes daily room service making up the beds and providing fresh towels soaps etc.Walkability: There really isn't much in the area it is just off the interstate but there is nothing around there to support it other than the convenience store out front which doesn't keep very long hours.Food & drinks: They do do a very decent breakfast and they have somebody on staff at all times to make sure that the tables etc are kept cleaning sanitized. The food itself was hot and fresh and did not appear to have set there for hours as it doesn't some locations. Hi Marks for this effort.

Stay details: 4 rooms, 10 people, 2 nights.Check in process: the front desk agent was missing for about 7-10 minutes and there was a sign that agent will be right back. Number provided on the sign was useless. Checkout process also was slow.Breakfast was terrible. Had to request staff to refill items many times. Taste was not that good - compared to many other Holiday Inns that we’ve stayed in. Sausage tasted like they just boiled it. Eggs were cold on one day. Choice of items were less as well. Even the coffee tasted like they’re using some cheap brand of coffee powder than the ones we’ve had in other places. One of our rooms the light at the entrance of the room wasn’t working. There is only one elevator for so many people.TV remote wasn’t working well- and again they have some cheap replacement for remotes.Food & drinks: Breakfast is not good.

Staffing seems to be an issue here. When there’s so many guests, they need to have adequate staff to help refill items that run out frequently. Twice I had to ask the front desk receptionist to help refill items. One of our rooms the light at the entrance of the room wasn’t working. There is only one elevator for so many people, so it’s a bit slow at times. TV remote wasn’t working well- and again they have some cheap replacement for remotes. Overall I’d say it’s better to find another place even if it’s bit more expensive.

The room was very nice. They had a very good selection for breakfast. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is a little outdated, but no issues with our stay. The hotel is a little hidden from the road, which made it a little challenging to find in the

If you are looking for a night of restless sleep then go ahead. Stayed here late June. The drive to there was sketchy through a truck depot. Additionally I had called ahead asking if the rooms can open the windows. They said yes. When I checked in they could not. Went back down to front desk. Staff was still mentioning that certain rooms can open, so I asked if I can be switched to those rooms. Staff then called manager and they clarified that they can't. I told them I booked the rooms specifically for that reason. They said they could cancel but I would have to pay 75 on first what would be for three rooms. After we decided to proceed they Said oh no we meant 75 per room which was about half my rate. I decided it would be too much even though the error was on their end. We we finally checked in we found sour smell only to discover the fridge had an old meal. Money was left on the table random sheets lying around. And to top it all off lights that don't work; bulb popped be careful of sitting or stepping in glass! Bathroom vent did not work so you needed to prop open the hotel door to release the steam. It gave you the feeling that there was no housekeeping done because why would money and food be left there? Requested room changes which they did accommodate but it wasn't much better. It felt old and disgusting overall. I reported these issues in the morning. Nobody cared and even wrote on the holiday inn page. Of course they didn't publish it. I fell trick to all the great reviews.

The room smelled terrible. There was a cockroach in the bathroom along with another bug. Located a bug in the bed. And there was old bar soap with hair on it in the shower. They did give us a full refund. Drive 5 minutes further and stay somewhere else.Rooms: Smelly and bug infested.

Kids running around and screaming for hours between 11-pm and 1:30 am and even when I called the front desk three times they did nothing. You book a hotel to sleep and this staff lack of response and no respect for their customers was horrible. On a lighter note, as other reviews stated the free breakfast is a joke. We love holiday inn express but this location is not worthy of the name. Awful stay with no sleep. Get a new manager!

I just left this hotel early today. I paid about $170 a night for 2 nights. Out of my years of travel that was one of the worst experiences I have had. First thing, there is not sign to indicate the hotel when you get off the highway. It is located behind a gas station, you can easily miss it. You have to call the front desk because everyone is sitting in the back. Yesterday morning, we could not take a descent shower because no hot water, I thought maybe everyone showered at the same time so, we managed with the cold water. We came back last night @ around 7:30PM still no hot water. I picked up the phone in the room to call the front desk, no dial tone so I used my personal phone to call and was told the person had just arrived to fix it... So we managed again to somewhat shower with this cold water and went to bed. We left early this morning, still no hot water. It was about 50 degrees outside. Needless to say I will never go back to this hotel.

I am write here as I speak . I ONLY booked this hotel because of their full hot breakfast that I loved at their other location I stayed at in Michigan, including the amazing cinnamon rolls and wide collection of milks for kids, as well as fresh pancakes that you can make yourself. When you see the pictures of this hotel , they advertise that them on the site , I was like wow let’s do this ! To my extreme disappointment they have discontinued the cinnamon rolls, no pancakes , no chocolate milk , I did not pay $140 a night for this ! The A.C. unit in the room was huffing and puffing like an old train all night long. I have stayed at other bothers right by a highway but I didn’t hear trucks go by all night , here you will hear that ! All along I am very disappointed with my stay . The people are friendly so no complain there but the breakfast or lack there of just Miller my trip . I am highly disappointed. When you charge $120 a night then higher taxes per night like literally $20 taxes per night you need to provide what you show in the pictures . Holiday inn use to be my go to hotel , NOT ANYMORE !

Breakfast was good except for the 2nd day; potatoes needed help and scrambled eggs needed more time.Oj was so concentrated it was strong enough to burn going down.I don't do coffee, but definitely do oj.The room was priced right, but you don't get much in the way of service. The front desk staff was barely on the desk; they hid in the back office.I asked her a question about check out and was told no repeating by everyone except for the manager. It wasn't exactly a tough, impossible question.Overall, it was an ok experience. I might consider it again if the opportunity to stay is necessary.
