Had to have my vehicle towed late last week. My auto insurance company put me in touch with Fleetpride, Inc.. I was initially told about an hour to an hour and a half before they got to me. Well, within 20 minutes they were notifying me they were where my car was!! Imagine my surprise; nobody is that prompt these days. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable. Reassured me several times he would safely get my car to where it needed to be…which he did. If I ever need a tow again, they will be my first call. Thank you, Fleetpride for taking care of my car.

Is a great place to take truck for repairs mechanics are very professionals and we can trust on all repairs also people over the counter are very courteous

Car broke down in painted post. Called AAA and Geico who both called fleet and stated the tow would be to buffalo. Fleet agreed and said they would be there in an hour. After an hour they called and said they weren’t going to do it. The driver showed up and said they don’t have enough staff with an empty flat bed. Said he stopped by “just to see what was going on” but arrived himself so AAA and geico closed the case and I was left on the side of the road with my daughter and no assistance.I am unclear why fleet would accept the call only to decline it but am more baffled as to why one of their employees would arrive themselves on site and come with an empty truck only to tell us in person they were leaving us on the side of the roadWould not recommend.

Got the truck in on Friday at like 410pm to do inspection.....nice hustle y'all very much appreciated. Staff behind counter and working hands are 110 percent on their game with knowledge and experience for whatever gets thrown their way. Two thumbs ? with many thanks

Showed up just before close with a blown tralier tire as well as a damaged mudflap and frame. I was road ready and made payment within one hour and a half. Everyone was informative, attentive and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better experience or more professionalism. Money well spent!

The woman who helped me here was so kind. My mother passed away in a car accident, the police left her belongings in the car, I needed to get. I had a friend meet me but the lady at the desk made sure I was ok then after everything came out to give condolences. Her heart was so kind. They were great with all the insurance paperwork too.

Husband wrecked his motorcycle. T&R is charging over $400 for just the towing fee when they literally towed the MOTORCYCLE less than 20 minutes!! Not at all pleased with this - signed title over to them. They can keep the bike!

128$ for a tire replacement and I had a spare tire. They said that they charged me for an hour of ROAD SERVICE which made no sense because I came to their shop. I am giving them 2 stars just because of the mechanic who replaced my tire in less than 15 min, but I am very unsatisfied wit the fact they charged me an hour of road service for a 15min of labor in their shop. If you are a fellow trucker (owner operator) I would advise you to stay away from from them. This is just a honest review of the experience I had with them.
