My Jeep has been pulling HARD to the right and burned off the outer edge of the passenger side front tire in 5K miles (last rotation). Because I purchased the MOPAR Max Care warranty, I brought it to Chilson Wilcox for service, assuming that being a "certified" Jeep repair shop actually meant something. They told me my tires were at 33 PSI, and not the recommended 37, but that everything else was fine. Their only recommendation was to just keep rotating my tires and burning them up.
I got back into my Jeep after the appointment, and they had overfilled my tires to 41 PSI and it still pulls hard to the right (no surprise). When I called back to see what they recommend, they said that I could drop it off and they could *try* and figure it out, but that their labor charge was $160+ per hour.
I should have known better than to take my Jeep to Chilson Wilcox after I looked at a Gladiator there a couple years ago and asked if the LED package could be added to any trim. The salesman said that he thought it was only available at the "Sahara" trim and above... I bit my tongue and didn't say anything, but anyone who knows anything about Gladiators, ESPECIALLY A SALESMAN, should know that there is *NO* "Sahara" trim for Gladiators.
This place is a complete joke and an insult to the Jeep brand. Save your time and money and go ANYWHERE else.

Definitely a 10/10. Just got a 2022 Kia Soul from them and I really love the car. The service was amazing! And it was a pretty quick process. I would totally go through this dealership again.

I purchased a vehicle that I had been in search of for about 8 months from this place. After looking it over, I headed to the bank. When I returned to the dealership with the bank check. I noticed they had drilled 2 very uneven holes in the front bumper for their license plate frame. (No where near the pre drilled holes) they didn’t even bother trying to make it right by me. They told me I could purchase a new bumper….. After I expressed my disappointment with the bumper, I sat in an office with a guy who was very pushy and adamant that I needed a warranty. Which I told him no about 15 times. He seemed very annoyed that I would tell him no, after spending x amount on a vehicle that they drilled into. I probably wouldn’t make another vehicle purchase here.

I usually hate car shopping. The team at Chilson-Wilcox made my car buying experience easy and painless. The finance manager, Sean, was exceptionally knowledgeable and helped me get into a vehicle that I was happy with and could afford. He worked with me through the whole car buying process and made me feel informed and reassured. He was patient and answered all of my questions clearly. I love my new Renegade. I purchased a 2023 Jeep Renegade from Sean Nash whom is the finance manager. I got a great end of year deal off 10% off MSRP, got the Jeep Wave program which takes care of my maintenance for a couple of years and they even delivered the car to me and handled my Volkswagen lease turn in process. Very friendly and helpful staff. I’ve never had a Jeep before but I absolutely love it. Anyone looking for a great deal and great customer service during and after the sale go to Chilson Wilcox CDJR, you will not regret it.

I was looking for a Dodge journey but they didn't have any available to look at - year's ago I'd bought one used and loved it- and was hoping to find another. The options aren't anything I'm interested in but it's a nice car lot newly paved with many vehicles

I would give 0 zeros if it was possible. Prior to having my windshield repaired I contacted the dealership and was told that the forward facing camera could be recalibrated despite my lift. It has been over a year and neither the dealership nor SafeLight can fix this issue. Jeep Care also told me to contact the dealer to have the issue resolved. Several days ago I spoke to Chris, the office manager, who said this could not be done and hung up on me. I then called the service manager, and he was kind and professional, but the issue is still unresolved. I am disgusted with how rude and unprofessional Chris was- furthermore, I paid for this ‘package’ and have had the issue unresolved for over a year. The unresolved issue and the unprofessionalism has pushed me to the point where I will be moving away from Jeeps. This should not be the service you receive when you spend 55k on a vehicle.Update based on the response from the owner: We would be interested to see if you also maintained the record of when we called before replacing the windshield to see if the recalibration could be completed despite the lift and we were told it could by your service teams.

A bought a car from them and only had it for a month and two weeks and the transmission is bad. So why my car is getting fixed I sound be offered a loaner car until Mines fixed but. I'm being told they don't loan car. On the sales contract is say they offer should loan me a car until mine is done. They are liars

Ordered a Chrysler Pacifica in from this dealership and picked it up in February 2023. The trade in value they offered was fair on our current car, and they also locked us in for the offer so it would not change on our trade while we waited for the new to come in and it didn’t even matter how many miles we put on. A previous dealer we considered offered us less for our trade and told us the offer would change in the 3 months we would wait for our order to come in. Chilson Wilcox in my opinion deals fairly and takes care of their customers. Communication with the dealership was easy and they were prompt and helpful in every direction. We had Ron East for a salesman and he was friendly with a sense of humor and answered our questions and always responded quickly with emails and calls. Highly satisfied with this dealership
