Absolute racket. I got in an accident on a Thursday. I was in the process of calling my insurance to get a tow, as I have AAA. The police on site tell me they have to move me vehicle now. I say okay. Within 5-10 minutes, TWO separate tow trucks from B&W show up. They tow it to their lot. I did not call them Friday as I worked all day (genuinely my mistake) and they were closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for a holiday. On Tuesday I called and they wanted 925$ to release my vehicle. 75$ per-day fee, even on days they are closed.
I argued and argued, spoke to the manager and the owner, and they would not budge. She even said to me “I should not have gotten in an accident.” Thanks. She warned me any more days would be an additional 75$.
So according to them, if you get towed in on a Friday night and then pick it up on a Monday morning, it’s 300$ for four calendar days (plus the rest of their absurd fees, like a 25$ “battery disconnect fee.”)
They obviously have a contract with the local police department. Absolute disgrace of a business practice. Please do not support this company.
