I've been shopping here for years. Steve and Joe offer invaluable knowledge and advice on my repair projects. They are reasonably priced and convenient. They have UPS pickup and drop-off.

Terrible Customer Service – Would Not Recommend
We came to return an item that was never used or even opened, and we had the receipt in hand. Despite this, the store refused to offer a refund or even store credit. The man who helped us was extremely rude and ended up cursing at us and kicking us out of the store. A woman who was also working there was equally rude and dismissive, showing no interest in helping resolve the situation.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience here, but it will definitely be the last. It's disappointing that this is the closest hardware store in the neighborhood, but we’d rather go out of our way than support a business that treats its customers so poorly.
This place needs to understand that they need their customers just as much as customers need supplies. Based on our experience and the clear lack of respect (and possible discrimination), we absolutely do not recommend this store.

Very professional. Called in, gentleman checked for a product with good attitude. Always always always support local business before corporate. And always shop brick and mortar before shopping online. I support this store.

Store sucks they don’t have anything. Cashier is super rude. Only place I have had trouble picking up a package cause the Cashier thinks he’s a detective. Take your business elsewhere.

Old school neighborhood hardware store. It is better stocked than Home depot. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are competitive.
