ATTENTION ALL HARD WORKING AND PAYING CUSTOMERS , I understand the risks of taking your car to a car wash but come on , this does not clean the car properly at all the amount of spots missed highly visible the amount of swirl marks left behind and the amount of scratches left is unbelievable, the dings and digs they left behind is not how you treat customers property the employees are out side playing and play fighting in customers cars I have a black car and the amount of scratching that they did to my car is unbelievable, the bunch of dings they left was straight down to the metal , will not be coming back and most definitely considering taking action for the damages

My iPhone adapter was stolen and no one could take responsibility for it. I was using it right before the wash and it was gone after the wash. HIDE YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. Disappointed in the theft. Manager and receptionist were absolutely no help either.
Car wash is mediocre, wheels still dirty and bottom trim still dirty after wash as well. They use to be better but this will be my last time going there.
Do better management.

I don’t mean you are closing and you do the work as you want . First time experience it was really bad not dried my car completely they didn’t even polish all tires only the last 2 were polished inside the mats were also not clean just wasted my money ??

It used to be of some use before. It's no longer worth taking your vehicle, they don't make an effort to wash or dry it properly. It's not worth paying so much for bad service. I am totally disenchanted.??

They didn’t clean my rims properly altogether I paid $31 for “the best” and also tips. Do not recommend and will find some other places for next wash.

We paid for the best car wash service, and the car was still super dirty after washing. Windows, rims, interior, poorly cleaned.

I do not recommend this place. This place is the worst among the bad which are the majority of the car washes that I've been so far & choosing between which bad car wash to go is the matter of favouring some advantage that one has over another. "Rocky Hand Carwash" is the worst & shall never go there again, I better spend another 5min driving and go another place that washes the same than come here again. And the worst part is the personnel, they overcharged me twice and lost my car mats. And when confronted about overcharging and lost car mats they didn't care at all, they said I don't know. Long story short, I know people still go there, because some have no choice.

They don't vacuum properly. Wast of money . They have No experience illegal workers working there. They don't even care anything. They Will charge you double then other carwash service. Lazy workers working there.
