I met Vinny of reliable auto during the pandemic. My mother was rear ended and she needed an autobody facility immediately. I remembered someone telling me about a place near where I lived. It was a Saturday and I did not have high hopes, but lucky for us, Vinny was there and assisted us. I always dread having to deal with mechanics and collision repair facilities as I always felt dismissed, and experienced rude attitudes. I did not get that at reliable, the owner was very polite and easy to speak with from start to finish. He did an impeccable job and provided excellent customer service.
Even though it was due to an accident that we met, I was really fortunate to find this repair facility as I subsequently needed another repair. It was a Friday evening 5 PM during rush hour on the GCP and I got sideswiped. The person who sideswiped me did not want to give me his information and wanted to pay for the damages out of pocket. I was in a bind, took a chance and called Vinny who doesn’t really know me.
I explained the situation, and he was extremely kind enough to wait for me when most shops are usually closed by 5 PM on a Friday. Because of rush hour I arrived at almost 7pm. Vinny was super patient and helped me out big time by assessing the damage and preparing the estimate right then and there. I would’ve been in big trouble And probably would’ve ended up having to pay for the damages on my own had Vinny not seen me that very evening. I don’t think many Autobody facilities or mechanics that doesn’t really know you would be willing to wait for a person until 7 PM on a Friday. Since then Reliable has been my preferred go to for any incidents that arise because I know it will be an easy pleasant professional experience done right, and any concerns or questions you have will be handled with courtesy and respect.

Vinny at first was very nice and accommodating. The work that was done was to remove a dent and to replace my bumper. Upon first glance, there seemed to be no issues.
My findings during pick up:
There was a FOOTPRINT on my passenger seat.
Unidentifiable scratches along the rear wheel fender and EV port. My center console had been scratched.
My rear seats were not fully resorted to its original position.
WHAT WAS HE AND HIS TEAM DOING IN MY CAR?
In asking for an honest explanation, he explained that he did see anything that would justify these findings. When asked specifically about the footprint and who possibly could have been standing on my seats, he walked away from me.
Vinny would not accept accountability for any of these findings which is very discouraging! For the amount of money that I paid, I will be reaching out to BBB for a resolution.
The business is located in a cramped and crowded spot as well. Lesson learned for using a business close in proximity.

Vinny is hands down THE BEST. He took care of my SUV a year ago and recently my mom needed some work done on her car after an accident and I brung her there also. He didn't keep the car for 3 to 6 weeks like everyone else quoted. He was fast, diligent and fair with his time and the prices. He is now my go to guy for any body work that needs to get done. Thank you so much for everything

Vincent is honest and fair. His work is impeccable. On more than one occasion, I needed to have bumpers repainted. He color matched them perfectly!!

Most wonderful experience in getting my car repaired. The owner Vinny was very helpful and very patient in explaining everything that needed to get done. I would highly recommend this autobody shop.

Hands down the best body shop I've experienced thus far. I ended up here for warranty work under Liberty Mutual guarantee, due to a very bad job done by @Brooklyn Mitsubishi Auto Body. Whom is no longer part of the Guaranteed Network( NOT SUPRISED AT ALL). Vinnie was extremely easy to talk to, easy to work with, made the process smooth and non stressful. Was easy to communicate with when needed, repairs were top notch, he even found and fixed things that I didnt even notice. RELIABLE AUTO CENTER IS GREAT. I recommend going here, you will not be disappointed, I know I wasn't.

Someone tore the bumper off the front of our car and insurance was giving us such a problem throughout the whole ordeal. But Vinny was understanding and helpful the entire time, worked with us and got everything we needed done and some extra work done at the same time. The shop is great and their work makes your car look like new. Highly recommend ?

If I could give 0 stars, I would.Vinny is a disrespectful guy, aside from robbing people that go there.Tried to quote me $700 for 2 dents that are less than the size of a nail each.I laughed at the guy.These people are expensive and rude. Better off going elsewhere.

If you ever have to deal with the aftermath of an auto accident and having to get your car patched up, this is the place. Vinnie and his crew are very professional. The timeline I was given for the work to be done was just as stated and the work was exceptional. Thank you, (Very) Reliable Auto Center!

Top class costumer service, their team is well informed and patient to answer to any questions and concerns. As drivers we often times rely a lot on our vehicles and being able to trust the specialist working on your vehicle is priceless. The name Reliable is truly accurate.

They do excellent work!!, i have taken my car there on 3 occasions to get it fixed after people damaged my car and every single time they exceeded my expectations, they did great job with my car, when its done it looks soo nice my car looks brand new, I trust them with my eyes closed, I highly recommend them!!, ty Vinnie :)
