I got an oil change here not too long ago. I noticed my car has a loss of power all of a sudden. I open the hood and I realized these people put green coolant an IAT on top of my orange OAT coolant. My car uses oat which is either orange or red. Not a green IAT. I check my receipt after this and the engine oil used says 5w30. I told them my car uses 0w20. I only ever used in the 5 years I've had my car 0w20 and orange or red coolant. I have been working on my car for a long time. It's my project and I was better off doing this myself considering how much they messed up. I'm not driving this car again until I go back and speak to them about flushing my system and using the appropriate fluids. I drive a Scion it's basically a Toyota and spec is an oat coolant.

The service has always been subpar but it’s conveniently located so I’ve had my car’s oil changed there for years. Today I took my car in and was told that I had to give them my registration before they could change the oil. Since when? For what? Nissan bought out the business and is demanding registrations to change your oil. Time to find a new spot.Service: Oil change

Always quick and clean top off fluids & free car wash with possibility for a Rain check. They will suggest extra things sometimes u need sometimes you don't . (Ex. Engine flush, air filter)

I am mad as heck! I've brought my 2020 Nissan Sentra to have an oil change and the guy tells me he cannot change the oil in my car because the oil pan is too big. I said this is a Sentra it's not a Altima so it's a small car like a Honda Civic. He said that he cannot remove the oil pan without damaging the vehicle and sent me to another oil change location. I went to the Lube oil change on Crossbay Boulevard and they have the same exact setup as the one here and they changed my oil with no problems! Why would you turn paying customers away?

They do not change oil in Mercedes cars, they dont carry oil filter for them.

I'm not one to give reviews, but I felt is was my responsibility to share my experience. Let me start by saying that you will pay an additional tax fee on top of paying tax for using your credit card which is absolutely ridiculous, I had my nissan maxima oil change done here and they forgot to place the oil bolt back into the oil pan causing oil to spill all over the sidewalk and street and all underneath car bay and the worst was on the muffler, it was just a mess. They manage to put bolt back into oil pan and cleaned the car bay and brake pads as best as possible which fine but they didn't even offer any type of credit back but whatever at this point just wanted to get my car back in one peace. So never went back for about 2 yearsUntil I needed a last minute oil change on my 2015 nissan rogue, giving this place a chance to get my business back, but let me tell you the prices sky rocked and they over filled the nissan rogue with too much oil. Enough said, except never again. Good luck if you decide to do anything with this place.

Do not take your car to this site because they leave the same old filter and steal the new one that you carry. I have the remainder of the old filter and the remainder of the new one, which are different brands. Paul) tells me no that I have to change the oil in 3 months and I explain to him the situation of the filter and his answer is that he does not have time to see the cameras and that it was most likely erased that these are not his problems

I called the store to let them know I was on my way for a oil change and I told them I will be there by 3:33 I arrive at 3:33 and they told me sorry they do not want to do the oil change they stop oil change by 3:30 extremely unprofessional and lazy please do not go to the shop. They made me drive all the way to the store for no reason and they close at 4o’clock but they did not want to do it a oil change at 3:33 crazy
