Lost my wallet. Ugh. After replacing my ID and such I called C.S. who directed me to a branch that could provide one same day. Yaay. Nope. Encountered issue. I politely as possible, expressed my poor experience. Within 15 minutes I had a new ATM card. This branch went above beyond and then some. Thank you

This bank is hands down the worst bank. It take weeks to get your card fully working weeks to add it to mobile wallet then it takes forever to clear checks when you first open the account and the people at this bank are just the worst as well from top to bottom

I asked the lady in the bank to give me proof of the money I have so I can give it to my family just in case if anything happens and she refused. decided to close my account there, for that reason. the waiting in there it's terrible, 45 min? that's too long. Sorry but it didn't work for me

I do not use this branch often but recently did and was not happy with this visit. So many employees at this location at yet the service is so slow at both the teller and customer service. I am not referring to the line but the time it takes for a teller to process a simple withdrawal. Then the one customer service person takes 45 minutes with a person. What's going on here? The small operation inside Stop & Shop is way much faster.

I have been banking with New York Community bank for almost 2 years. It has been the worst experience and I'm not alone. The customers service is horrible. Every I go to the teller they give me such a hard time for me to withdraw my money. I'm a person that follows the rules and automatically gives my drivers licenses to the teller and even though they have my licenses they still questions me. Every time I"m on line everyone is always upset and mentioning changing banks. I've finally change my direct deposit and bye bye New York Community bank. I've been in line for more than 10 minutes watching other staff doing nothing but talking. This establishment is just horrible. Attitude is everything and those people working there shouldn't be working with people if they are not people person. I would never recommend someone to bank with them. i wish i could give them a NO star because they deserve it.
