There is a young man in there with long hair.And he is very dishonest.And he tried to charge me $30 more for a tablet and $10 extra for SIM card. Avoid this store.

This MetroPCS store is the only one I really go to. I have met many nice workers at this store but there were nicer workers than others. Yesterday I had met one of the greatest and kindness workers at this MetroPCS store and her name is Andrea. Andrea has great customer service, she was very sweet and patient. She helped me and was very kind about it. And she was able to provide what I needed. I didn't feel confused Andrea made everything clear for me to understand and she took me step by step in everything I needed to know. She helped me a lot and I am very greatful for Andrea and this MetroPCS store. I recommend this store and MetroPCS in general to others.

They force me to add insurance bundel to my account.. Plus they charge $25 for acctivation fee and 20 for sim card plus the billI will raise my issue to better business bureau.
