I can’t say enough good things about Liberty bell. Not only do I use them for my fleet of trucks For my company, but always recommend family and friends as well as my personal vehicle. Every visit has been pleasant. Everybody is polite, professional, and knows what they’re doing. They prioritize my work trucks when they can To make sure they are back on the road In a timely manner and take great care of my vehicle and anyone I’ve ever sent there. Highly recommend

Worst place to send your vehicle this guys are con man. Send my car to fix a leak in my exhaust, the thief outsourced the job to the muffler shop up the block to cut my whole exhaust like and put straight pipe for 200 dollars and charge me almost 800 and kept my catalytic converters. Beware!!!!

I accidentally put diesel in my car instead of regular gas. This was on a Sunday so my regular mechanic was off so the tow truck driver recommended this place. The guy calls me back the next morning telling me to fix it would be $2600 I said for what, he said to replace your gas pump to flush out the gas and to put new gas in that morning I called my mechanic and he told me absolutely not get a tow and get out of there and bring it to me so I did my mechanic said there is nothing wrong with my gas pump and charged me $225. This guy was trying to rip me off for over $2200 if I were you and you were going to take your car to this place please please rethink it. They are nothing but a rip off, he was going to charge me for things that didn’t need to be done. I would not recommend this place at all. Stay far far away. I did get the facts from a real machanic you can say what you want but you are a rip off and you should be ashamed of yourself and karma has a way of getting people like you

I didn’t get anyone’s name, but everyone on their team that fetched me after I called AAA following a flat tire was top notch. Everyone from the gentleman that met me on the side of the rode to the manager and technician that serviced my tire was the perfect balance of customer service, no nonsense business and straight to the point which was excellent. They got me back on the road before the car had a chance to cool down. There are several shops on the same street so make sure you enter the right one. You can easily find the wrong shop as there are several tire shops adjacent to each other so I included their store sign.

Liberty Bell Car Care is an absolute disgrace and a complete fraud. We called AAA for a simple tire change, but Liberty Bell showed up with a tow truck. The technician was utterly incompetent, taking over 15 minutes to even lift the car due to his inability to operate the lift, which might have been broken.
When he tried to inflate our donut tire, he used an absurdly large air canister that completely deflated our tire instead. He then suggested towing us one hour in the opposite direction of where we needed to go. After we have declined he said we can still drive with that tire -- it had 8 psi and it should have 34 psi. You cannot drive a tire with 8 psi! After admitting he couldn't inflate the tire because his air tank valve was broken, he had the audacity to just drive off, abandoning us with a flat tire in the middle of nowhere!
As a result, we were stranded for a miserable 5.5 hours. Liberty Bell Car Care showed us with broken and inadequate tools to do this simple tire change. They are a total scam, staffed by rude, useless, and grossly incompetent individuals. Avoid them at all costs if you value your time and safety.

Great care and service by Jay, Chaz and Sean. Listened to what happened to my van. It was repaired and examined and I was assure all was now all good. They explained the issue. 24 hours from tow to repair. Been satisfied with this shop for years now.

They gave me a storage fee in the amount of $2400. I was only able to pay them $1400, due to the fact I lost my job I was going through a financial crisis... But the big guy Sean declined my offer and end up keeping my car, making me sign my rights over.They actually stoled my car on purpose I feel ?

AAA should depart from them and State Farm should sue them... The shop took the insurance money from State Farm but never repaired my car . I moved my vehicle from their shop. They got me for storage fees as well . Bad service!!

The last time I got my rotors and pads done at this place, I realized they did a shoddy and budget job. They didn't even bother using any lubricant on the brake pads and then had the audacity to overcharge me for the lackluster service. I dont recommend this place, and I won't come back there ever again.
