WOW, WOW, WOW! I received the most stunning arrangement for my birthday. I have never seen a more beautiful display of flowers. The flowers were colorful and fresh. The the little extra details like crystals, butterflies, peacock feathers and lights took this arrangement to another level. They even put a flower on the wrapping. Just stunning! It's obvious in the care you take in creating your displays that you love what you do.

Called to ask about their products, the person who answered the phone shouldn't be talking with customers - extremely rude right out the gate, repeating the same thing over and over, not letting me ask questions... I'll be sure to avoid this place in the future.
In 33 years they still haven't learned how to speak to customers... Incredible.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the treatment I received during my recent visit to your flower shop. The level of rudeness and bias I encountered was completely unacceptable and has left me deeply dissatisfied with my experience.
From the moment I entered the shop, I was met with disdain and hostility from the women . Despite being a paying customer, I was made to feel unwelcome and belittled. It was evident that my presence was not valued, and I was treated as if I were an inconvenience rather than a potential customer.
Furthermore, the manner in which I was spoken to was both disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of being greeted with courtesy and helpfulness, I was subjected to snide remarks and dismissive attitudes. This not only tarnished my impression of your establishment but also left me feeling disrespected and marginalized.
What is particularly troubling is the apparent bias displayed towards me during my visit. It seemed as though my inquiries and requests were met with skepticism and suspicion, solely based on factors beyond my control. This blatant prejudice is not only discriminatory but also reflects poorly on the values of your business.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of any perceived differences. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my recent interaction with your flower shop. The behavior exhibited by your staff was unacceptable and has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of your business.
I urge you to address these concerns promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Customer service should be inclusive, welcoming, and free from bias. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and work towards creating a more positive and inclusive environment for all customers.

The first visit was wonderful two beautiful bouquets fresh made bouquets . Then the second visit mind you I already established a convo with the owner I will be traveling from Far Rockaway to get flower on weekly basis. So to my shock when I requested fresh flowers just now she telling me about what’s there . Which was nothing I was interested in . Not enough variety as the fresh ones on the first visit .

Purchase a dozen roses looked nice for a day or two and started to die afterwards, I questioned the appearance of the roses and they resured me they were fresh, they were wrong read about their questionable taxes due to the fact they only accept cash, but if you have no where else to go for flowers they will give you something that looks nice temporarily, the dozen roses costed me $100 by the way, they will look good the day of and thats about it, my opinion the Mexicans selling flowers will last longer just with less glitter then this shop, the truth hurts sorry had to leave this review because it was very disappointing to have a nice looking bouquet die in days with proper care

I came in looking for a gift for my mothers birthday and walking into the store absolutely blew me away. Their products are seriously one of a kind! You will not find products like this anywhere else! They wrap all of their arrangements and bouquets beautiful to be gifted, which my mother loved the most!! All of their flowers are fresh and the designs are out of this world. If you are looking for a one of a kind gift definitely come here. Would definitely recommend heavenly florist to anyone.

Very rude and they overcharge. Be careful when you buy from here! Listed price was $75 for a basket of flowers but was charged $92 and with the rude old lady working the register who looks like she’s had a tough life has no idea how sales tax works.
