This store is so bad in meat , They mix the almost damaged meat with the fresh meat, covering it with the fresh meat so you won't notice ,it's not the first time and I thought the first was a mistake but it happened again very bad they can make someone sick ????

The behavior of cashiers suggests a lack of motivation to engage in extra tasks that enhance customer satisfaction, potentially impacting customer retention. Their attitude and work ethic are disappointing. Additionally, staff near the entrance display poor manners, standing idle while conveying displeasure through their demeanor. As a consequence, I intend to advise family and friends to spend their hard-earned money at businesses providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The customer service here is so horrible that I have no words to describe it. And the cashiers here have a lot of attitude. The cashiers of these are very rude to the customers, those who go will shop very carefully.

Before everything was fresh, but after they changed managers they are selling rotten meats and vegetables. They have to be very careful because apart from the fact that they are selling it super expensive, everything is coming out damaged and expired. If you are going to buy bread, check the label you bring where it opens because they put an Orange label on it with a date that is not the right one. After the bread is a month past its expiration date. Very careful. To the manager or owner who should be concerned because I am not the first person to complain.

Waste of time, they will force you to leave your bags at the door. There are plenty of grocery stores walking distance that will let you shop freely without conditions.

If your eyes are not fast enough to watch items as rang up check your receipt! Items on sale somehow don’t get into the register computer! Some times as late as Wednesday (sales start Friday!) plenty of security follow you around. But they are stealing from your at checkout, Beware!!!

A few months ago I bought a box of cheese cubes that’s in the back section of their store near the roast chicken and when I came home and took a bite it tasted super funky and I looked at all the cheese cubes and there were some MOLDY ones with FUZZ in the middle. I went back to the store and they didn’t even apologize or anything or even a “have a good day”. I work for food as well and we check our products everyday for quality check clearly they don’t.
Today again 6/18/24 went to golden farm and they have moldy cheese. As a grocery store that’s serving the community, they need to be more attentive to rotten/spoiled foods.

Absolutely, do not buy fruits or vegetables from here!! Almost every time I buy fruits or veggies, they spoil within two to three days (refrigerated). They are also significantly more expensive than surrounding grocery stores. Beware!
