One of the best Chase branches in Queens, came with my sister to open an account without an appointment andBranch manager Someena Seunarine was very helpful she introduced usPrivate Client Banker Latoya V. Bryan who did an excellent job explaining everything.

For the area of automatic machines it is perfect, all operational and are always unoccupied to do your tractions.For the ATM area there is always availability and they are quick to serve the public BUT for the service area there is never space and everything is by appointment, even if they are doing nothing.There is always street parking.

Few times I've came, and ATM machines had issues. Seems like the manager doesn't really care to report ATM issues. Another issue. I'm having with this branch. It's not being able to conveniently access the ATM after 8 PM. Seems like the card reader just is disabled. Afterwards. During this time, no one can enter conveniently to use the ATMs. I also like to add how the bankers at this branch Are not the most friendly There's just been few times where I'm not even greeted at the door. Let alone be in told to have a great day on the way out. Another issue is not being able to conveniently talk to a banker. There's always the need for an appointment made even so if they look like they have nothing to do at the time.

Felt like a ghetto branch. The security guard was acting like a fool with the customer service staff. There were 3-4 people in that area and only 1 teller working. I was there 1:18 pm when I checked my watch on 3-24-23 if anyone wants to verify from corporate.
