They listen to the police scanner/radio for accidents and then show up. They will pretend to be helpful but Once they have your vehicle in their shop, game over. They will then have you wait until they cash the insurance check to start any nessary repairs. It took them almost 3 months for me to get my vehicle back and it's still not working properly. I don't know anything about fixing cars but I swear I would do a better job. To say how disappointed the experience was dealing with such unprofessional people is depressing.

Amazing service! I’ve brought my car in twice now and Paulie has provided the utmost customer service every time. Excellent service! I was clueless about what to do after being in a hit and run and Paulie helped me through the whole process. Paulie is courteous and very knowledgable about his profession. Nice place to walk into and everyone is friendly. The shop sticks to their timeline and their work is impeccable. My Mercedes looked great after it was fixed. I highly recommend this shop for all your car needs!

They made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them after a hit and run. There was so much damage done I didn't think they would get it done in a timely manner and have it looking amazing. Will definitely recommend CC&E to my friends and family.

I'm giving ya one star for charging me extra for public parking. Your not even working on my car yet and wanna charge me extra for street parking..I would understand it if you had my car in your shop &was fixing it. and then agree to pay for it. They aren't worth it they over charging me $9,000.. Even gets mad cause I'm taking my service else where..They didn't even want to return my keys so I had to pay them out of pocket $1,000..Decided to take my car service elsewhere where I'm being charged $3,000 for everything. . They are crooks don't trust them..They convince us to bring our car here but then overcharged for days it's been with them and they weren't even fixing my car. Be aware..

I had a pretty bad collision and was referred to cc&e to get the repair work done. I took my car in with a lot of front end damage but received my car looking brand new. Paulie was super amazing and was available anytime I had a question. I would definitely recommend this shop if you want you’re car good as new.
