Exceptional customer experience! I had to get shirts printed for my late brother’s memorial. I was overwhelmed and in distress and needed to get my family shirts printed last minute. I called uncertain on what I wanted and the person that answered the phone took their time to explain the prices, drop off and pick up time any other inquires I had. I will definitely be back to have daughter’s 1st birthday party shirts printed and all printing items done here. I believe in a great customer experience and he went above and beyond to get my goals accomplished ,being that it was a time sensitive manner. I really appreciate a person that showed me empathy in my time of need.

Whoever the little man is that answers the phone, he is a joke for a human. He is the most nasty, rude , dumb person I have ever met. He obviously has no experience with people or customer service. Then want to challenge me to go and see him if I have a problem. Im a mom and after dropping over $100 of my hard earned money at your place to get my son school uniform done and you can't answer a simple question I ask, he'll yeah I'm coming to see you !!!!! You dont even deserve 1 start. Come one school is startingin 2 weeks. I have 3 kids, and I called you to get an update. You don't deal with customers like that. Especially since I sent over my sons friends to your place for their uniforms also. Your customers feed you, dont bite the hand that feeds you.

I spoke to a man about removing a name on the back of a hockey jersey. He told me he didn't have the time to do it, and if I wanted to put another name on the back, it wasn't worth the money to spend on doing it. So basically this is a business that only wants your money if its a big order. Otherwise my money is no good here. I will never walk in there again.he
