Drop T-Mobile immediately and go to the Oyster Bay Verizon store!! I switched service due to the incompetency and bad service from T-Mobile. The gentlemen at this Verizon store are knowledgeable, educated and professional. They spent a lot of time with me getting out of my old service and onto Verizon. They hooked me up big time with a great service and a great phone. Go to this store and you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!

This is the greatest place to get a new phone or switch to Verizon. Alex and Johnny are the nicest and most knowledgeable guys in the phone biz. They always find a way to make the customer happy.
