We had an amazing experience here. We went in to switch over to Verizon; They took the time to sit with us and explain everything we needed to know. It was such an easy process. Alex, Johnny, and Happy are all wonderful and very knowledgeable. Alex took the time to help my grandfather connect his hearings aids to his phone through Bluetooth.
We appreciate everything they did to help us.

I was referred by one of my good friends Mike who do business with Alex team oysterbay and he always highly talk about this store i am from queens came all the way to oysterbay all I can say is my friend Mike was right this team is the best team best service ever will refer all my friends too

Alex was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I walked in for a screen saver and left with a beautiful new Samsung 24. Alex was also very patient and took the time, on Mother's Day, to answer my seemingly 1000 questions. Without reservation, I highly recommend Verizon of Oyster Bay, conveniently located next to Mario's Pizza.

I first went to the Verizon on North Broadway Hicksville, which was a terrible experience and a waste of time. While I was there my girlfriend said leave that store and go to the Verizon in oyster bay, and I’m so happy I did!! From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and wonderfully by Alex, who was also helping someone else. He made my experience easy and I left with a new phone. He even stayed way past their closing time at 8 pm to make sure I was a satisfied customer and I am!! I highly recommend this Verizon.
