Con artist wannabe gangsters. Tough guys who try to fight you when you don't let them take your car title. Looking back, I shouldn't have even paid them for the tow and storage. Oh well, good luck staying in business, scumbags.

I got into a small accident, but it was my classic car and meant a lot to me. I wanted to stay local and saw a recommendation for Sagamore by Dr. Gulbransen, and figured if I can trust him with my kids, I can trust him for a body shop. He was right. Really good guys, excellent job and they made it very easy. One small thing needed to be fixed afterward, and they did it quickly and happily. Collision repair is an ugly business, but these guys are the real deal. They have my business from now on.

Hands down the best auto body shop on Long Island. Chris the service manager at Oyster Bay BMW recommended the shop and I couldn't be happier. The shops very professional and accommodating. I called to set up an appointment and, Nicole told me all I have to do is fill out some paper work and my rental will be ready! She kept her word it was a painless experience I gave the shop permission to deal with the insurance company and from that point they took total control. I didn't have to do a thing. For Eddie and Joe they are the best! They promised me the car will look better then the day I got it! They kept there word you couldn't tell the entire driver passenger side quarter panel was smashed in, they also repainted my entire rear bumper which had two license plate marks on it! So now the car looks perfect! It took them two days to detail the car inside and out now the paint just pops you see the metallic crystals even from a distance! Im so happy with the service I've received from them! Thank you very much! Side note: Rental company's on site and they give you a small container of touch up paint! They also put my insurance card in a little sleeve!

Gary and Eddie always take such good care of us. I trust them, they actually do what they say they'll do. Someone hit my fiancée's bumper in a parking lot and they fixed it all within that same week. They're the best around.

Clearly the most honest and trustworthy shop in the area. It's nice to see a business that actually cares about what they do. A little hard to find... drive up the hill at Sagamore Auto Body and you'll find Eddie's shop. Worth the trip.

after looking for a new auto mechanic to replace a long trusted mechanic that closed shop, we were so very happy to find Eddie at Park Service at Sagamore........our fist visit was met with a sincere gentleman in Eddie that was most receptive. We brought our vehicle in for the replacement of brakes and his suggestion did not include any work beyond what was necessary. We were so fortunate to find a most honest shop at most reasonable prices on our very first visit.......we thank our friends for their spot on referral of Park Service at Sagamore

This place is the number one place to get your car fixed. I had my car fixed here two times after 2 accidents and both times looks better than when I 1st purchased it. Garry and Eddie are very understanding. They listen attentively and address every single need. They are the best #1. Excellent service! Highly recommend.!

Ive been dealing with Eddie for several years now, from car detailing to major accidents. I don't trust anyone else to work on my car. They are honest, caring and do the best work. I have to drive 1/2 hour to go to them so that tells you they are worth it.

Had my car done here. Pretty much a standard job I'm sure. Place seems to fix cars by the 100s a month if not a week. My car door side mirror is a little lose tho.

Great job on my car(looks so good thinking I should sell it) on time as promised, friendly, great customer service. Highly recommend take pride in their work and satisfaction of customers. Eddie, Joe and Gary great guys and Nichole in front office always sweet and professional.
