“This was my first time detailing my car since 2016. I normally go to car washes never a complete detail. and i got to say i am super pleased of the work that was done. Dean did a spectacular job on my CRV, paid attention to every detail, and took care of the stain of the seats. and made sure it was spotless. Car washes who? i go to this location from now on. Wishing i would've done this along time ago, but i needed a quick wash and get going. The pricing? definitely affordable. Now I'm going to make more time to get my car(s) beautifully cleaned and pampered as it should be. Thank you for your service Dean! “I always get the $11 basic wash and it does a nice job. The vacuums are also good. Doesn’t take long at all, but my only nit pick is how insistent the employees are about getting the deal. I do not come often to get my car washed, probably once every 3 months and every time I come to this location, I have to tell the employee several times I’m not interested in the monthly subscription and it gets annoying when they don’t stop after the first “no”. That’s the only reason this place isn’t getting 5 stars.”
“I am quite frustrated with my recent experience at Rainbow Carwash. I signed up for the monthly plan with the understanding that I could upgrade my service during any visit by simply paying the difference. However, when I requested a different service today, I was charged the full amount of $41 instead of just paying the difference. This was not what I was led to believe when I signed up, and it left me feeling misled and disappointed.
That said, I do want to acknowledge the special attention given to the cleaning process. The quality of the cleaning itself was top-notch, and the staff put great care into ensuring my vehicle was thoroughly cleaned. For this reason, I'm still giving 4 stars.
However, better transparency regarding upgrade options would greatly improve the overall customer experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it would make me more inclined to continue using Rainbow Carwash in the future.”

“Listen, I’ve been to plenty of car washes. However, none can compare to this car wash location. The people here are very welcoming and accommodating. The really take care of your car whether you’re coming in for a regular car wash or detailing they will take their time with both types of services. I’ve had two detailing done here each time it’s like my car never went through any mess. I’ve had this car for a long time and none of the car washes were able to get rid of my stains besides this one. I will continue to support. Definitely worth a tip ☺️”

“My dog had diarrhea in the back seats of my GLA250 and it had seeped down into the seats, causing a foul smell that made you gagged. Jack was very informative and extremely knowledgeable. He explained each step of the process to me and made sure I understood what he was doing. He provided me with updates as well. After 3 days, the car looked and smelled way better. “The other day, somebody side swiped, my brand new car and just left. It was very disturbing and I was concerned what it was going to cost me out-of-pocket because I did not want to put it through insurance A friend of mine told me to take it to the detail center at a car wash. I called and left a message at stop and shine and East Meadow. I immediately got a text back from Dan, I believe he’s the owner, I explained what happened he said probably $100 If it’s both sides of the car, maybe $200 he told me to bring the car in at that time. I forget the name of the guy that buffed it out. But it was done in 20 minutes and you would never know there was any damage. They only charged me $40 and also gave me a free car wash. But honestly, it’s not really about the money it was about the exceptional customer service that I received. Thank you, Dan and please thank the technician that did the amazing job.

Yeah a regular car wash will be half the price for a run of the mill car wash, but it doesn't look nearly as good. The place looks a bit run down, but the service offered definitely makes up for it. Im defenitly coming here once in the spring and once in the fall.”

“It was one of those days when a flock of birds decided to poop all over my car. It was some extra nasty bird poop. It looked like they had pooped a rainbow.With the wife complaining about both the inside and outside aesthetics of our vehicle, I thought it would behoove my sanity to find a car wash. Googled the nearest one with the best reviews and I ended up at Premier Car Wash.There was a queue of 6 cars ahead of me and we noticed that the workers were meticulous with their brooms and brushes. When it was our turn, extra care was taken to clean the colorful avian feces.Inside was a narrow but well lit waiting area where you can see your vehicle being washed. The guy behind the counter was a pretty chill dude.The main point was the cleaning. Exterior, both the body and the windows were stainless and without smudges. The inside was well vacuumed and the console area was cleaned well. My wife gives them 4 stars and I'm going with 4.5. Well done!”
“I had a great experience with Lainez from start to finish. I found them this morning by searching on Google for a car detailer. I sent them a text and they responded literally in one minute. They were at my house within 2 hours with a fully stocked, clean and organized work truck. Three guys were on the job and a few hours later the car was looking as perfect inside and out as the day we bought it. Whatever they did to the paint and the leather is incredible—I am very satisfied and impressed with their work.I had contacted six other local companies, only two of which responded. Lainez has a great price for the full detail, which is very competitive compared to the others. I especially like that their pricing is transparent on their website, whereas most of the others just say “starting at”. And the fact that they are attentive and professional is the cherry on top.I will definitely be using them again.”
