We are very pleased with Blueox Energy. Coming from another company that never answered the phone and wanted nothing to do with customer service or competitive pricing I can’t say enough good things about Blueox. Their customer service is very kind and friendly. They are a very local office. The delivery and service people are always friendly and on time. Propane prices are always competitive and they show up when they they will. We wish we had started with them sooner.

Once again Blue Ox came through for us. This time it was for air conditioning. The technician did a complete and thorough check of our unit and had it blowing nice and cold before he left our home. He explained every step he took to repair the issue. My husband really appreciates knowing why something is being done . Thank you once again for efficiency and competence of your staff.

I recently bought a house in Oxford and one day a Blueox tech driver came to try to shut off the gas because I did not register yet. I called the service to start as a new customer and the service called the tech to evaluate my heater and generator at the spot since he was already there. He did make sounds for my heater and I did feel a little warm at the moment. When I asked him to show me how to check the generator, he said that he checked and was good. I insisted him to show me and when he touched manual botton, the machine could not start and he told me the battery was dead. The generator was just installed in 2022 by the way. I called the generator service and paid $275 and found out everything is fine. By the way, at the same night I do not have any heat from my heater. I called Blueox that I suspect that the tech shut off my gas by accident, but was told if they coming and gas was off, they wont charge me, but if the gas was on, I will be charged for $199. I talked to my HVAC guy who found out the gas was shut off. The tech did service without much care or concerns, which cost me to pay unnessesary fee and the inconvinience.Two days later, I got a text message that the gas was delievered to a full tank and was charged for a full tank price. I knew my gas meter was 80% full when I moved in few days ago. So I went back to the gas tank and found out it was still 70%. (I thought was 80%, but was 70%) I called Blueox and was gave $30 credit back by the manager, but immagine if I do not know how much it has, I would be charged in full.Those incidents are just minor issues, but it is my first time having propane gas and deliever. It made me hard to trust the company.
